The parking space was too small

Staff were helpful and could speak English, had a problem with shower and they have me new larger room at no extra cost. Also asked for kettle and they gave me one. Had good free WiFi, not a bad place to stay overall considering the cost.
Shower not great, bathroom window was covered by piece of cardboard, water slow to disappear down drain after showering, no safe box in room to keep your valuables safe. But the room itself was kept clean.

When was big Ben was comfortable shower and toilet facilities were fine
Air-conditioning had no control. It was either too cold or too hot. Absolutely did not like the location. It was more for people on business and it was for people on leisure.
