The space is conveniently located in the heart of Miami, close to most restaurants and attractions. The trip was pretty good - communication could’ve been better with the host who didn’t reach out at all until it was time to check out.

The location was good, easy access, Wi-Fi good, but the bed clothing had a weird smell. Bedroom and bathroom should’ve been better cleaned. After all it was ok.

Convenient location for travel around South Miami. Basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge and toaster (on request). Private bathroom with shower. Parking in front of accommodation on semi circular driveway. Quiet accommodation and location. Nothing of obvious interest in the neighborhood but about 20 minutes drive to Harbor (with Fresh Food supermarket) and Botanical Gardens. South Miami Beach and Art Deco Museum and area about 30 minutes drive. Not ideal for accessing the Everglades as the traffic is extremely slow on the Tamiami Trail section from Miami all day long.

We just needed somewhere to crash for a night after flying all day, before our cruise the following day. It was only a 15 minute drive from the house to the port. The neighborhood was adorable and we felt so comfortable at the house. It had our own private entrance and everything. Very cozy!

Maria’s place was as expected. I think it is helpful to know that this is a studio located within the home and you can hear noises from the other side of the wall. This is good to know if you are expecting full privacy. Other than that, Maria is super sweet and incredibly friendly. The neighborhood is safe and a great place to be able to walk to Ocho Calle. We had a great stay and definitely recommend.

Maria's place was a great spot. The bed was comfortable, it had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. The bathroom had great counter space, and was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed by the location.

Check in and communication were excellent. We loved walking through the lovely neighborhood to Little Havana, a very interesting cultural and tourist area . Most visitors had to take hop on hop off or walking tours but we walked there in 10 minutes from Maria’s. We passed some historical statutes and then we walked the entire length to see all of the restaurants. Really worth visiting this area. We then walked to Brickell center about 20 minutes and sat up on the third floor overlooking a courtyard/pavilion and had drinks. There is also Saks 5th Avenue in the center and other shops. A CVS, Walgreens, and market are close by. Maria’s place is clean and the bed is super comfy. There are coffee condiments and everything you need for a nice stay. I really enjoyed soaking in the bathtub.

We stayed here for one night before a cruise, and for that it was fine. Quick Uber/Lyft to good nearby restaurants. The property itself leaves a bit to be desired. It needs some cosmetic work like painting over patched areas, cleaning or replacing the bathroom grout, cleaning the dust/cobwebs off the ceiling. The bed, while looking like a queen, is actually two doubles pushed together so there's a gap in the middle that's uncomfortable. Also when we went to watch TV it didn't work because all the available streams were apparently in use by the homeowner. To save some money compared to downtown before a cruise it worked for us.

Location is great, check in is easy, and the area inside is very clean. Very private and safe also. Thanks for everything!

It was nice the shower needs to be updated had to take a bath but other than that it was great

The perfect alternative to an overpriced hotel room. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The host was very sweet and if I am ever in Miami again, would definitely book here again!

This small property was perfect for what we needed it for during our 5 day vacation! One bedroom with a large bathroom. The property also included use of a small cable TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. You also have access to adjust an air conditioner that is within the bedroom. Free parking in the driveway or on the street. Towels on site for use. The property was very clean upon arrival. We were site seeing almost every day so we just needed somewhere to sleep and shower which this was perfect for! Price was great, definitely couldn’t stay at a hotel for that! Location close to many different tourist areas and easy to find/get to via gps. Would recommend.
