A small Bluetooth wireless speaker is allowed by the pool during the day. No plug in speakers or Dj's allowed. * Street address and email address must be provided to receive all arrival instructions. * Renter data form including occupant and emergency contact information, and acceptance of the host Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking. * All guests receive a complimentary gift basket located in the kitchen next to house manual. Home also comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in.
