The condo is located in the quaint mountain town of Frisco, CO nestled on the edge of the Tenmile Mountain Range of the Rocky Mts. There are 2-levels to this condo with a loft suite on the second level. The vaulted ceilings on both levels, with lots of windows for mountain views all around, gives it a great open airy feel. The spaciousness provides ample room to gather together with two living rooms or retreat to your own space or large bedroom. Sleeping arrangements: (6 Beds) Main Floor: • Bedroom with King and private full bathroom • Bedroom with Queen and private full bathroom Second Floor Loft: • Sleeping area with 2 Twins and 1 Bunk Set (great for kids or single adults) and private full bathroom Overall Layout: • Main Floor: Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Brand new Washer/Dryer, Deck • Second Floor Loft: Living room, Full Bathroom, Sleeping area Location: • Close walking distance to restaurants and shops, just one block off Main St. • Situated in a quiet setting of pines and aspens • Lake Dillon and Dillon Marina are located just two blocks away • Summit Stage bus stop, (free) just one block from condo • Tennis court is just across the street • Extensive paved bike path throughout county is just outside your door • Ten Mile Creek with quaint walking bridge to park just one block behind condo • Wildlife - you might catch a glimpse of a fox or even moose in the yard • Close to ski areas: Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail • Frisco Adventure Park, tubing hill and nordic ski trails, just minutes down the road • Hiking trails, so many so close by, just outside your door With it's spaciousness, this is a place where you and your group can relax and will have ample room to spread out. This condo is the perfect layout for family vacay, space to be together and rooms to be apart. The kitchen is tight - just one cook at a time but it is VERY well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay! Our host Joan was fabulous, including a detailed orientation on arrival. Condo was very clean, more spacious than expected, and very quiet just minutes walk off Frisco's Main Street. Central location made itravel very easy to surrounding areas. We would highly recommend!

This property was as described. Most suitable for three couples or even a couple of families. We had plenty of room and we all thought it was a great choice for our needs. It was especially great with the upstairs/ separate bedroom and lounge as we needed to isolate due to getting sick. It was good not to be confined to just a bedroom. The outlook from all rooms of the mountains were a bonus. A really great spot to travel to the resorts we skied at and a very short walk to the Main Street for restaurants and cafes etc. this property will not disappoint. The parking was great too and our host was quick to help with a couple of issues we needed to discuss. Hopefully the dryer is sorted now and whilst it was a n inconvenience we still managed to dry clothes as this home was very warm and well ventilated. Thank you for a great stay. We will recommend this property to anyone who’s heading to Frisco.

We enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The condo is located just blocks from the downtown and lake. Joan, the owner, was great to work with and was extremely welcoming. She informed us prior to the stay that the dryer needed a repair, but it was not an issue for us. Condo is a very short drive to Copper Mountain. Although there are not many pictures of the loft, it was very spacious and perfect for teenage / college aged kids. We highly recommend this condo!

Everything as advertised. Place was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of linens, and you couldn't ask for a better location. The condo was very easy to access and communication with the owner was great.

We had a very nice time in the condo. It's extremely comforting and relaxing. The location is also very close to both keystone and Breckenridge. Parking was easy. And overall the accommodation was very comfortable. The owner Joan was very responsive and helpful as well.

Blocks from Main street in Frisco, it would be hard to ever pass up on this unit if its open again. The owner is wonderful and responded immediately to all inquiries that we had. We have zero complaints about our stay, and loved our time there.

My only suggestion would be to replace one or both of the queen beds with a king. The third bedroom was part of a large second floor open loft, complete with its own bath and separate TV/sitting area. It had twin beds and two additional bunk beds. A pull curtain helped darken the room if someone went to bed upstairs before the people in the downstairs living room turned out the lights, though nothing would keep loud downstairs conversations or TV sound from reaching the loft bedroom. That wasn't a problem for us. Nothing was lacking in the kitchen. The dining table seated six comfortably, and we squeezed in a seventh for breakfast one morning. Joan, the owner, was great -- communicative and helpful from the very start. If we should return to Frisco, we would definitely like to stay here again. We recommend it highly.

The location was fantastic. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops of Frisco on Main Street. The kids enjoyed having the upstairs to themselves. Joan was great to work with and very responsive.

Long weekend skiing
The condo is just as listed. Communication with owner was easy, she sent emails with all the information about the condo and frisco. Plenty of room for our group, we had 4 adults, 3 teens and 1 child. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Plenty of room of everyone to eat at table and around the kitchen counter. We spent the weekend skiing at copper mountain and the drive was easy from the condo.

Our family had a wonderful day at Joan’s Place. She was extremely helpful and very communicative. We had everything needed, were just a few minutes away from skiing and were very comfortable relaxing in the condo in the evenings. We hope to come again!

Joan’s place was a wonderful retreat for our ski trip. It’s in walking distance to Frisco, 10 minutes from Copper, and 15 minutes to Breckinridge. We would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location, room for everyone
This condo is conveniently located downtown. It was roomy enough to let our adult children and teenage grandson have their personal space. We enjoyed the easy access to downtown Main Street, multiple mountains to ski, and 2 parking spaces. It is located on the top floor. The only thing I was missing was a hair dryer, other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Perfect place for our group!
This was one of the best ski condos I’ve ever booked. Our group was only five adults, so it was actually very roomy for us. Location was excellent and we all enjoyed this trip. Our host Joan provided thorough information and answered all our questions. We all agreed that we would stay there again!

Very positive experience. Nicely thought out floor plan and well furnished space for a comfortable & cozy stay. Kitchen well stocked for any cooking with convenient bbq on balcony. Very clean. Loved proximity to town and nature.
