This was a nice condo for our shortened spring break to the NC coast.

Process was easy. Great vacation.

The location really won us over. The condo was alright. All of the electronics were really dated. The main TV was a flat screen with cable but the DVD player did not even have the right cables to connect it to the TV so we has to pile into a bedroom and watch on an old TV that we only got working by going through a drawer full of remotes and swapping out batteries. One bedroom only had a VCR. Some condos we stay in feel like someone's home, like they have gone the extra mile to make you feel welcome. This place just felt like everything was the bare minimum. The pool was nice, though a fair distance from the condo, but the beach access was hard to beat. My kids had a hard time sleeping in the kids room because the air conditioning unit is in the closet in their room and was pretty loud. This is probably common to all of the condos, but it was a bit of an issue for us. We didn't realize until we got there that there was no WiFi (our fault for not checking). We were so used to it being included that we didn't even think to check Also, this isn't really a rent by owner, as it is managed through Better Beach Rentals on behalf of the owner. They provided us with the wrong key when we arrived but did meet us within 30 minutes to get us the right key. Would I recommend it? Sure, as long as you are cool with the trade offs. It's a great location at a good price.
