Location is terrific, near everything important such as the beach and boardwalk. Also places to eat and pubs were walking distance. Price was very reasonable.
Ventilation is not the greatest. Air conditioner was loud and turning itself off and on. Room is dark unless you open the curtains. These are fairly minor. Temperature was adequately maintained in spite of noise.

Pool was really nice! Location and price was great. Was able to add a late checkout for a very reasonable fee.
Shower curtain had mildew and room seemed to have ants. When we looked under the bed there was as a Gatorade bottle and floor wasn’t cleaned.
