Location is excellent for those using Marine Atlantic
You are paying a little more than equivalent motels further from the ferry.
The bathrooms need fans, too much moisture and that is creating mold in corners.

It was surprisingly quiet. It was clean.
Could use a rug inside the door to wipe your feet. Also 2 bedside tables with a lamp on each for more light.

Good location. Clean.Comfortable the first night.
Second night the temperaature dropped to 3 degrees and I was unable to adjust the thermostat (?) or air conditioner, neither 0f which had any markings. Some written directions would have helped. I left hastily at 7:45 to get warmed up.
