Außergewöhnliche Erfahrung, in diesem gut riechenden und gut temperierten Hogan zu übernachten. Wir haben sehr gut in den Feldbetten geschlafen. Der Horseshoe Bend ist nur 12 min entfernt. Campingtoilette gut gepflegt.

Real nature and all very clean.
Expensive comparing to other options in Page.

I loved the uniqueness of the accommodations. The owners Baya and Paul were very welcoming and helpful with any questions and suggestions for sight seeing. Beautiful ridge to hike on.

Absolutely beautiful setting just outside page. The hoogan was comfortable and the log burning stove kept it super warm. As these are seen as living entities i hope we have added to it, and it will always hold a special place in my heart
We also walked up the track for a stunning sunset.
Recommend trying the local food too. Plan a relaxed stay and don’t plan to rush off in the morning as it’s beautiful

Hospitality, attention to detail and overall ambience. Great alternative to the mass hotels in town

Super friendly welcome from our guests. An incredible night sky near the fire pit. One of the most amazing night of our lives. And a good breakfast in the middle of the desert.

Beatiful night sky star view!!!
A little bit smelly restroom but it is understandable.

This is a great location, watch the stars at night !

Best accommodation of our trip. Make sure you have powerbanks for your mobile for there is no electricity! All the rest has been meticulously and tastefully taken care off.

Breakfast was great, cowboy coffee and Navajo tea. Fruit and pastries fueled us for the day ahead. The location was perfect for our visit just outside of Page, AZ. We are grateful for the opportunity to be able to experience traditional Navajo living in the Hogan built by the owner's family.
We wished for nothing except better seating at our campsite.

Everything was great, if you a place completely different from usual hotels, this is where you have to go

Breakfast was some mini doughnut, fruits and yogurt. I fantasy non, so I just grab a banana and set off in awhile. The Tentage was neat and clean, which was great, and but there wasnt much amenities but expected as it was suppose to be back to basic, but we were expected to set up the campfire ourselves which I do not know how to. Overall it was a nice experience.
If there is more rural activities that will be fantastic. Overall it is still good!

We added an extra night to our trip on the way to Monument Valley from Phoenix, and this was a perfect location. I only wish we had more time there. The hosts were nice, the other guests were nice, and the accommodations were spectacular. This place is unlike anywhere you have ever stayed before (in a good way). If you read all the fine print and the reviews, you will know what to expect and be prepared.

Kyoob was really nicely decorated, really cool design!
Unfortunately no proper shower, but they are working on it.

the quiet, the beauty, the opportunity to be in a hogan
it would have been nice if there would have been chairs outside hogan to sit and enjoy the view

It’s a very unique and special experience in nature, with beautiful views and amazing star gazing. The fire pit is practical to stay warm before going to sleep. Baya and Paul are very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. I certainly recommend it for a city and digital detox.
Breakfast was nothing special, but sufficient to start the day. The shower is being built and I think that will improve the experience significantly. I still recommend this place for at least one or two nights for the unique experience.

nothing! everything was amazing.

Location was wonderful and hogan clean and comfortable. Hiking on the property was fantastic with great views of the area. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning.
The property had dogs (like most working farms) and though all extremely friendly we had an issue with the one constantly barking outside in the early evening.

The idea of spending a night in a Navajo Hogan appealed to me when I booked the night. the Hogan was very clean and it was great to be able to stay in a traditional Navajo home.
The welcome from the owner was somewhat cold. She seemed in a hurry to settle us. Then, once in the place she started talking about the history of the place which was nice of course but it was more like a monologue.
We slept well but it is super basic and for the price I would expect some little attentions a bit more upmarket than a plastic box with snacks inside.
We loved the idea of a breakfast the next morning around an open fire with all the guests! However, we came around the later part of the breakfast time slot and there was little left pain au chocolat which was the main food beside snack bars, fruits and yogurt. No refill came.
A little disappointing especially for the kids.

It was quite interesting experience, we liked it. Nothing and no one is around, pretty cool. You can see starts and they seem very close to you. Just don't expect having a shower and restrooms are outside. It was pretty cold outside that day, so we had to wear to sleep double layers and a few sweaters but the blankets were warm as well. In overall the place is nice, and good for one night stay. The breakfast is OK, regular snacks, coffee and tea. I would recommend to bring your own food with you, as I doubt you can find many food options to buy or dine out. We ordered food from the options offered by host, and were not impressed by this food in overall.

staying off-the-grid in a hogan was truly a unique experience - the bedding was warm and amazing (we all had our best sleep of the week there), the smell of the juniper wood fire was better than any scented candle and really enjoyed walking around the property to see amazing views
only suggestion would be for there to be a small table in the hogan so we could play games, especially in winter when you can’t go to the common area

It was a nightmare to deal with the property and they were rude and not welcoming. They said that it was an experience but the experience it's to deal with them.
I wouldn't recommend to stay here, they said you will experience the navajo land but all you experience it's rudeness. The first thing I was told when I arrived was "you are too early' and from there I didn't feel welcomed at all. Baya is a drye rude person to deal with who makes you feel uncomfortable at any interaction with her.
I was really excited to stay here and it was the most unpleasant part of my trip.
