Beautifully updated and well maintained Executive retreat. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean and stunning SC coastal vista views. SNOW BIRDS WELCOME! Fall and Winter weekends available. Book early to save BIG. Resort has undergone major renovations over the last year and is in FANTASTIC SHAPE!
Tower is located right up against the dunes of the Grand Strand beaches. Views from this 18th floor, southern facing balcony are STUNNING. Panoramic, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean. Also has equal views of the sunsets over Myrtle Beach and Murrell's inlet.
Condo is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 33 acre oceanfront paradise offers 6 pools, lazy river, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts, and groomed sandy beaches with Atlantic waters that stay warm through December!!
Custom decorated with beach theme, modern and updated furnishings, NEW beach grey laminate floors, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Ultra-plush carpet in bedrooms. Master bedroom with Queen Sized bed, private bathroom with full sized tub, private HD-LED TV, separate balcony entrance. 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with 1 set of bunk beds and 1 twin bed. Condo sleeps 5 comfortably.
We recently refreshed the apartment with new paint and added a new SMART 4k TV with ROKU and Direct TV to the living room and master bedroom.
It's a great year to vacation in sunny, fun filled Myrtle Beach. The 33 acre Myrtle Beach Resort offers you nearly 700 feet of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Six swimming pools, both indoor and out, three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and Jacuzzis, combine with six of the Grand Strand's finest lighted tennis and PICKLE BALL courts, basketball court, 375 ft lazy river with wet deck and game room to offer every guest a vacation to remember.
This 2 bedroom, 2-bath condominium offers a private balcony for relaxing in the warm breezes with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean, beach and sunset. Functional design coupled with luxurious appointments create an ocean front ambiance worthy of a world class resort. There is an ocean front full service Bar and Restaurant with Live Entertainment most nights (seasonal), a poolside snack bar, and an on-site convenience store and deli - and you may never want to leave. But, if you do, Murrell's Inlet with its many famous restaurants or our newest complex, Broadway at the Beach, are only minutes away. The entire Resort is protected by a 24 hour security patrol. You could not select a more convenient lodging location for a secluded, self-contained visit.
Myrtle Beach has consistently been rated as one of the TOP Family beaches in the US. There are hundreds of things for families to do on vacation... or simply do nothing and relax by the pool or enjoy the sounds of the surf.

Or if booking through web portal with VRBO.. they will hold all funds with exception of a 3% credit card transaction fee that usually is deducted from security deposit. Refundable additional $300 damage security deposit required. Valid credit card and photo ID required to rent. (MUST be at least 25 yrs old). There is also a parking fee charged by the resort security team that can be paid by the day or by the week.

The condo had the best furniture, comfy mattresses and couch, solid kitchen table, and excellent decor. Classy beach vibe. I wasn't sure how I would feel overlooking the campground but it was kind of fun watching them below and it meant the views were amazing to the east, south, and west. The resort (The Myrtle Beach Resort) also has a ton of amenities. We never left the property. We floated in the lazy river, enjoyed 3 of the 6 pools, 2 of the multiple hot tubs, played pickle ball, walked the beach, played in the ocean, worked out in the weight room, and used the laundry room. Everything was well taken care of and in really great shape.We had a smoke detector that needed a new battery during our stay and the response to our text was quick, professional and friendly. Communication and cleanliness were excellent. I can't thank you enough for the peaceful stay we had!

Only downside was parking 10 per day, per vehicle and distance from parking to entrance. Great place, lots of amenities.

This was the second time for our family staying at this unit. It was just a good as the first time! The unit itself was well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. The property has great amenities (pools, hot tubs, lazy river, fitness room, and beach access)! The owners communication was fantastic! We would definitely come back and hope to again!
