Nice condo with good views and a great location. Beware Of Decks and Balconies if having large parties or even a few people. The decks are starting to rot and could fail.

Comfortable, clean, nice decor, and great for 3 or 4 people. Lots of the things you need for cooking. The hummingbirds outside by the balcony and a real fireplace were added perks.

This condo was cozy and convenient. Located just a short walk to the lift, and stocked with paper towels, toiletries condiments, cookware and anything else you could need stocked for your convenience. Great deal.

Very comfortable condo. Owners were amazing to work with and quick to respond when we needed something, which was usually late at night when we would get back from our adventures. It was a great spot for our ski trip. Kitchen had all the dishes we needed and were clean! It’s rare to find a rental with clean utensils etc. thank you for a great experience.

This condo is not fancy, but it is exactly what I desired. The condo is very clean and well furnished. I went to ski and not to stay inside. This condo offers easy access to the Chili Express and is actually a pleasurable walk to the grocery store for small things. The owners make renting and staying easy with making themselves available by text.

Condo is located about as good as it gets for ski in ski out at Angel Fire. It was cozy and clean as represented. Trent, the owner, is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended. Will stay again if in area

Short walk to the ski lift and El Jefe Tex mex restaurant. Wonderful views from the balcony. A very dog friendly community. Trent was very responsive. Beautiful new flooring was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, very well kept, many amenities. Our stay was during the off-season so we enjoyed our balcony and all the bird visits. Our host was helpful and readily available.

We very much enjoyed staying in this condo at the base of the Angel Fire ski lifts. We had the most magnificent view from our balcony of the mountains in the morning and the sunset in the evening. There are also many delightful hummingbirds to watch from the balcony. The condo was very nice and clean, and it was great to be able to have our dogs there with us. Trent was a gracious host and stayed in touch with us before, during, and after our stay.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms had everything we needed, and the view was over the top! It felt like we had an exclusive, breath-taking view all to ourselves. The condo below has hummingbird feeders and flowering plants which attract at least 20+ hummingbirds every day. The communication with Trent was great and our family of 4 would definitely recommend this condo and stay again.

Communicating with the property owner was super easy. The location was awesome! The property could be better furnished. The listing says it sleeps seven, but even with just three adults it was a little tight. Also missing some expected furnishings: only three coffee mugs one of which was cracked, no trashbags. End tables or a nightstand upstairs would also be improvements.

Our stay in Angel Fire was great. The weather was awesome and the view from the balcony made it a relaxing experience.

This was a perfect getaway spot. Plenty to do in the area...or not. Very relaxing vibe and the condo was comfy, clean and had an awesome view with a tree full of hummingbirds next to the balcony. You can stay and just relax and have everything you need. Loved it! The owner was super friendly and reached out right away when we booked the condo.

Within seconds of my booking request, the owner called me personally. He was very accommodating as we actually needed to check-in immediately and he made that happen! Everything was very clean, well stocked with name brand products (not generic brands)! The view from the balcony is stunning with a perfect view of those Angel Fire sunsets! We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds zoom around too. We even had to extend our stay and the owner made that happen as well. We cannot say enough about this place and Trent the owner.

I found this condo rental online and as soon as I booked I heard from the owner, Trent, that is. I must say that he was excellent to deal with and to talk to. We have actually started a friendship and it is like we have known each other for years. Upon arrival I found the condo to be in great shape and very clean. Everything I needed except groceries of course was there. Fireplace worked great and all i had to do was keep it going and look out the slider to see the mountain view, which was great for a flatlander, as I basked in the warmth of it. The ski area had just closed the day before I got there but the condo is only a few hundred yards from the lifts and rental area as well as a few restaurants. I did a lot of walking and found the walk up back basin road the best for seeing deer and elk. All I had to do was walk out the front door and take a left, perfect for me. I must say that this was the most relaxing and best places I have ever been to and stayed at, and it is because it was everything it was said to be and because Trent was great to deal with and is a wonderfully kind person. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. This condo is way more than five stars for me for sure. You rock Mister and so does your condo. The condo was fine, although older. The second floor is actually a loft, not a bedroom. Don't plan on a fold-out couch being comfortable; none are. A heavy sleeper like a teenager can handle it tho. "Steps" from the lift, or "Ski in/out", are often misleading. This condo was about a 200 yd walk, with half of it downhill, to the lift. That means 100 yds uphill on the way back. Not sure there were really any much closer tho. Even the resort Lodge at the base had 75+ yds of uphill and steps to get to the lift. We were satisfied with the condo, but did not walk back for lunch more than once.

My family of 4 really enjoyed this property. As first time visitors to Angel Fire, it was incredibly convenient. The ski area and kids ski school is a 3 minute walk from this condo, making it super easy to manage with kids and it meant never having to drive anywhere. Also, there are ski rental shops and a Mexican food restaurant next door, between the condo and the ski area. The view from this property's balcony is really nice. The condo had everything that we needed and the kids enjoyed the loft bedroom.

Great place and loved that it was walking distance to slopes. Very clean and well kept. Will definitely book again.

The room was in good condition and very clean. I will stay their again next trip to Angel Fire. The owner was very good to work with and had open lines of communication if I had any questions.

This was a cozy chalet close to the lift at chili express. 5 min walk to start skiing. Everything we needed was there.
