About this condo rental
Located in Keystone, this lovely condo for $114 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 9 with a king bed, two queen beds, two twin day beds. You’re less than fifty yards from the Peru and Argentine ski lifts. It features scenic views from two private balconies. It also has an updated kitchen and a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. As you enter this second floor walk-up you will find an entryway with mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features modern furniture and a flat screen TV mounted above a wood-burning fireplace. Off of the living area is access to the main balcony where you can enjoy beautiful views of the courtyard on one side. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just down the hall you have access to private laundry and detergent is provided for your convenience. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and access to its own private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a glass-enclosed walked-in shower with tile surround. Enjoy the handheld and rainfall shower heads. The first guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a twin-sized daybed and a flat screen TV. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. It also has its own private bathroom. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private bathroom that can also be used by guests. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The third guest bedroom is off the main living area and features a twin-sized day bed. It also has its own entrance to the main balcony. **Ultra-premium Linens** This unit has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens that rival those of The Four Seasons. Advertised as 4 bedroom. The 4th bedroom was an unheated freezing room. Uncomfortable furniture. Kitchen has broken faucet. Door to master bath not functional. Master bath shower floods master bath toilet due to poor design.

The condos were very nice.Property management was ok. The problem we had was when we left. I made a huge mistake and left my purse inside and after an ordeal with the rude housekeeper I checked and 300 dollars was missing. And the follow up of it was a joke. So after speaking ding a ton of money renting them so my family could be a part of my daughters celebration of life it was a really upsetting end to the trip

We were attending a festival at River Run in Keystone with 3 couples. The condo was perfect as it was in walking distance of the event, had 3 rooms (each with their own bathroom), and had all the accommodations we needed. We mark this as a 4 overall due to 2 items. (a)The hot tub from the unit above leaked into the den causing us to work with maintenance. This was no fault of the unit owners but took time to deal with. Maintenance set up fans to dry out the room and they were noisy (b) had trouble finding the key card gate to the unit. Residence have a opener for the main gate but renters can't use it. Instructions did not state which gate to use.

Overall this condo is in a wonderful location and is very spacious and clean. Each room having its own private bathroom was really nice. We had a blast-even saw a moose. However, on a note of transparency to renters the condo does have a lot of wear and tear in it. Mainly cosmetic things though.

We enjoyed our stay here. The walk to the slopes was short and easy. The condo had plenty of room for our party of 8. The only problem was one of the shower knobs was difficult to use.

It was fantastic. However, I would not recommend Instacart grocery delivery service. We placed our order 2 days ahead of time and never received our groceries. Had a long conversation with Instacart customer service and was not happy at all.

The house was exactly as described online and very comfortable. We did, however, have a major problem with the parking arrangements. I called weeks in advance and even drove to the property a week before to make sense of how a condo that sleeps nine only allows one car to park. In the winter ski months, I understand that parking may be limited, but this condo community felt like a literal ghost town in June. We had to pay $25 a day to park a mile away from our condo, which meant shuttling each other to cars every day of our stay. This was so inconvenient we would not book this condo again. We would’ve happily paid extra to park on site in one of the hundreds of available spaces near our condo. This, plus having to drive to Breckenridge every day to find anything to do, means you’re better off just staying in Breck if you’re looking to book this condo in the summer.

Chateau DuMont 2701

This is a spacious condo in the Chateaux D'Mont complex. Enough space for 6 people. The building is the closest to the parking lot, so there is some street noise. The unit is on the second floor, so stair climbing is required. The room that used to have the jacuzzi has been converted to an extra bedroom. That makes it a 4 bedroom condo. Beware that the insulation is not as good in the extra bedroom as in the other rooms, but my sons prefer to sleep cool, so not a problem.
The apartment was clean, the appliances all worked. The only problem was a faulty shower valve in one bathroom.
Proximity to the lift is a plus.
