But some guests are highly allergic. 2) There is a strict no-smoking policy which is enforced. 3) Early check-ins: during the busy summer months, early check-in before 4 PM is generally not possible. 4) Firewood: firewood on the premises is for winter heating and not for outdoor fires. Firewood can be purchased for just $5.00 a bundle in Grand Lake for outdoor fires. 5) Outdoor fires: If you choose to have an outdoor fire in the firepit, it is your responsibility to stay up to date with any Grand County fire restrictions.
