Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful unit. It was furnished with many essential supplies and attention to make us comfortable and happy. The neighbors were friendly and respectful of the quiet rules. We liked the Disn decor and will definitely try to make arrangements to stay with Funtierland again. Thank you for a wonderful visit and memory.

We spent 3 days at Disney celebrating my sons birthday, and it was a very convenient place to stay. We will definitely recommend this place to family and friends, and we will also keep you guys in mind for our next Disney trip.

We were switched to another property in the same complex due to our selected days creating a gap in their bookings (this is disclosed in the posting and it was no issue for us) but the two properties appear highly similar. It is not a luxury rental but it is functional condo for a family of four that is an easy 5-minute walk to the Disney shuttle. The kitchen is small but adequate with reasonable pots and pans. Note - unlike some VRBOs there were almost no spices / kitchen basics so you will need to bring / procure your own if you are planning to cook. Their webpage / app / customer service was good. Highly attentive and good communication.

Suit is very well, 2 couples plus a toddler. Everything we needed was there, great service when I realised hairdryer was missing, just emailed and by the time we got home new hairdryer on table. Would stay again as suit us

This was a cozy place and I felt like it was an ok place for my children to be kids. The location is absolutely amazing. It would have been nice to lnow the place had stairs you had to use in order to access the bedrooms and showers. If someone had a disabillity this qould have been a problem. We dont so it was fine but the listing never mentions that there is a narrow steep stairway.

This property is a great location for Disneyland and the other areas of attraction. The property was very comfortable. And I would recommend it 100% and we are planning on coming back in the future.

The rental was easy to find since the property manager was very good communicating where everything was. The rental is clearly set up for one family with multiple kiddos in mind. The property is very close to Disneyland. We walked across the street to the parking garage and took the shuttle that drops you off near the front gates.
The upstairs room was a little warm even with the a/c going but there is a box fan.
There is a quiet policy from 10pm - 9am, which was not a big deal for us as we were too tired from the time spent at the park to be hanging out outside:)

We had a great stay with our family of 5. The condo was a little small but gave us way more room and freedom than we would have had at a hotel for a good price. Short walk to downtown Disney, and a bit of a walk to Disneyland but we enjoyed it. Overall what we expected and we had a great trip.

This condo was perfect for my family of four, two adults and two teens. Small kitchen with all the essentials, comfortable beds and plenty of room for R&R in between Disney sessions. The large pool and hot tub were a hit with my girls, my husband and I loved the big walk-in closet in the master and we all appreciated the short walk to Disney. Would absolutely stay again.

Family of 5, spent a few days at Disneyland. Perfect location. It could be a little cleaner but honestly not such a big deal if you are spending most of your time at the park. The spa/pool are a nice touch. Would definitely recommend for a family who wants some more space in a quiet area but still right next to the park. Would stay again.

We were happy with the short walk to Disneyland and short ride to Newport Beach. The condo had everything we needed. The unit was hard to find upon arrival but I’m not sure what can be done about that. We had to communicate with Lyft drivers and food delivery but it really was t a big deal. It was exactly what we needed for our first Disneyland trip.

Super happy with the entire experience. The location was perfect to come and go to both parks. The property had everything we needed to cook meals every night, so we saved a lot on food. No issues at all, and the hosts were great and super responsive. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Overall the condo served it's purpose but it could definitely use some updating. The patio needs some TLC, there were weeds growing in all of the flower beds, it wasn't very inviting. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The washer and dryer worked great.
The best part, you can't beat the location. Some days we would walk to the trams and take them to the parks and some days we would walk through the Disneyland Hotel and Downtown Disney. Both ways take about 15-20 minutes to get to the front of the parks.
The one very negative thing that I think is worth mentioning is that their VRBO page says that it is free to cancel by a certain date, but I learned the hard way that that is NOT true. In the rental agreement, it states that there are fees. I accept responsibility that I did not read the contract, but I guess I expected the VRBO page and the rental agreement to match so I just signed the agreement without reading the details.

We have stayed in similar properties before that were in the same complex and have been independently owned. We LOVED them, easy access to the park, and were well-loved and taken care of. This is the first time we stayed at a Funtierland property and it was an extreme disappointment. The cleanliness itself was okay with what there is to work with, the dishes we pulled out we washed before we used them. The walls were scuffed and unkempt, the couch had stains on the cushions and the pullout bed itself was bent. Pyrex dishes were chipped and needed to be thrown away, the dishes did not match and needed to be replaced due to use. Pots, pans, and cutting knives need to go, they are disgusting, peeling, worn, and knives are broken.
The dryer door does not stay closed so it runs and your clothes are laying on the ground, We had 5 people and 3 bathroom towels. The sink in the upstairs bathroom smells like rotten eggs, and the shower caddy was broken. There is not a light in the master bedroom, as it looks as if it has been broken and not replaced. It is obvious that this is to bring $ in, everything in the VRBO needs a good cleaning and an upgrade. To pay as much as a family pays to stay in a "home away from home" I would think twice about renting this property. The "sleeps seven" is a joke by the way. We are a family of 5, with older children ages, 20, 18, and 16. It was tight! One shower is a no-go. Keep looking! We were thrilled that we only needed a place to sleep, if you are okay to spend the money to stay in a place that lacks love and is thrown together with second-hand furnishing go for it. I would suggest a splurge or another property.

This rental is located within great walking distance to Disneyland. Our family of 2 adults, 3 kiddos (ages 6-18) was able to catch the tram and/or walk in 15-20min door to gate. Somedays we traveled back to the rental to rest and cool off midday before heading back to the park.
Other pros include comfortable mattress and sheets in the master bedroom, nice pool/hot tub amenities, ample kitchen items available, pool noodles, coolers to use, and keyless entry which was super nice.
Cons include:
- Finding a large cockroach on the master bedroom door one night. (We contacted the management after our trip and they said they spray for this, but it still feels noteworthy.)
-Other bugs throughout the condo
-Very strict quiet hour rules (mandated by the city) that made us really anxious about the kiddos on the stairs and in the unit as well as walking around outside
-No drain stoppers. We pulled someone else's toothbrush cap out of the bathroom sink only to have the kids drop a cap in the drain that we couldn't get out.
-Shower drain backs up so that there's standing water in the tub that covers your feet while showering. I pulled out a large chunk of nasty hair that helped clear it up a bit.
-Pull-out bed had crumbs all over it, stains on the mattress, it's also slanted/sloped into the couch (so we had to sleep in the opposite direction) and the extra sheet for it had stains on them
-The condo was cleaned (the cleaning crew was leaving when we arrived at 5pm), but not necessarily well maintained. The walls, floors are really dinged and scuffed up. Cobwebs on the ceilings. There's one board that slides around and creates a hole in the floor.
-The overhead lights in the bedrooms are burnt out or didn't work. There are lamps that you can walk into the room to turn on, but they are out of reach for the kiddos.
Overall, if your primary priority is location, this is a great condo for you! If you want something nice, new, and maintained - another rental is likely a better fit!

Great location for walking to Downtown Disney and Disneyland! With 2 and 8 year old grandkids it made it easy take breaks from the park as needed. Though these are older units, they appear to be maintained well. Property manager was quick to respond to our questions and needs and ensured we had the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn't find a broom to clean up a little mess and I mentioned this when they were checking in to see if we needed anything and they dropped off a brand new broom and dustpan that day. We had everything we needed and a great week there in Anaheim!

This place was exactly as advertised. It was clean, had all the things we needed, and was very close to Disneyland. We would definitely stay there again!

Needs some TLC
It’s seemed there was not much care put into this property. Surface was Clean-ish cupboards door knobs light switches all needed a good cleaning. Bathroom sink had was 1/2 clogged and stunk. Cloth shower curtain had mildew stains, pretty gross. There was no bedding for couch pull out that was in very poor shape. Several burned out light bulbs. Thermostat downstairs seemed to be locked at 72, making it very hot. Overall deep cleaning with new linens would be a huge benefit. Location was perfect.

The place inside was much smaller than we expected and not as nice as the pictures. The sofa bed mattress was so thin and disgusting it couldn't be slept on. We took pictures and sent them to management. The only response we got was what do you want us to do to fix it. I told them a new mattress would be nice. Never heard back. My husband and I had to sleep on the bottom bunk,(which is only a full size)! There were so many things that needed fixed, painted, and replaced. I sent management all of this and have never heard back. If it weren't for the fact that is was already paid for and they don't issue refunds, we would have left and stayed in a Hotel! Would have been cheaper! They charge so many fees, it wound up costing us $2000 for 5 nights! Could have stay in a nice hotel for that! So disappointed in this place and the management. I'm a straight shooter and don't sugar coat. So believe me when I say, this is a hard pass! Save your money and go somewhere else!

We got into town at 12:00pm to dodge the traffic and hoped for an early check-in (earlier than 2:00pm). We thought our chances were good since the rental info said that housekeepers were expected shortly after check-out at 10:00am. Well the housekeeper didn’t arrive until 2pm and the unit wasn’t ready until the actual check-in time at 4:00pm. The housekeepers pointed fingers and said the property managers could’ve paged them. A bit frustrating to hear after texting property managers and not getting prompt responses. Upon check-in, we found the bedding did not even appear clean so we washed them ourselves. They also did a poor job of cleaning the toilets underneath the seats. The switch (pull-chain) on the master bedroom ceiling light was jammed, so I was stuck with a bright light shining on me as I tried to sleep on the first night. At 2:00 in the morning that light “popped” really loud and the pull-chain decided to swing around vigorously on it’s own. Quite creepy but the chain must’ve popped back into place because I was able to turn the light off upon pulling it. I left it off for the remainder of our stay. Property managers agreed to address it after check-out at my request. Other than that, the unit served its purpose well. We were within walking distance from the amusement parks - a major plus. Also having our own kitchen, bedrooms, and washer/dryer made it far more convenient than staying at a hotel.

Disneyland and visiting family vacation
I know it said close to Disney but man we are literally next door to the park here. It was the perfect place to enjoy Disney for a few hours come home have lunch and walk right back. It does seem small however it perfectly fit my family of six no problems

This location was so close to disneyland! We were able to just walk to and from the park each day. It is literally across the street from the parking garages. Google maps tries to take you on a longer walking route, but if you just cut across the street instead of going down to the crosswalk, it saves about 8 to 10 minutes.
