The weather was terrible and it gave us fits, but the accomadations were lovely. The home is beautiful and very large giving all of us privacy. The Shaws were very gracious and available when we had issues brought on by the weather. We would definitely go again -- only in the summer!!!

Clean, attractive, house that will accommodate a large group easily. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Location was very desirable.

Great place to stay. All seven of us were very pleased. Hosts were great. Comfortable rooms and real good areas for us to gather. Decks are some of the best parts. Outstanding views of lake. Corresponding with the Shaws was very easy. Prompt replies and very accommodating. Checking in and out a breeze. I can see doing this again.

This was our 3rd stay at this property! We just love it ! The views of the lake are so amazing and there is so much space for the 14 of us to spread out. They always have everything we need! Thank you for you fabulous hospitality!! If the road in could get graded that would help so much. Each time we have stayed it has rained and there are such large pot holes that some of our cars have trouble. That is our one and only request!!

The Liberty Lakehouse was everything and more than what our family was looking for. The views were phenomenal from every inch of the back decks!! Yes, decks! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything a person needs for a home away from home. The home has something for everyone. Games for the kids(old and young), arcade console with thousands of games. We spent most of our time on the deck...who wouldn't. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Had I read a little bit I could have answered all of my own questions 🤣🤷‍♂️. I would definitely recommend this vacation home if you are ever in the Branson area, you won't regret it. PS I almost forgot...The Pantry!!! Which our group renamed The General Store because it had almost everything we forgot and then some.

Wow!! We loved our week in this beautiful house. It’s EXACTLY like the pictures. It was clean, had everything we needed and more. I texted the owner when we got there and she immediately texted me back with the answer to my question. The outside seating and views is what drew us to this property and at 107 degrees it was still nice and shaded to sit outside to take in the views. The AC worked overtime but kept up perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked. We used it all…ping ping tournament, monopoly night, movie night, sunrise, sunset. We will be back. Thank you!

This house, the view, the owners were all top notch! We had the best stay at this house! Had plenty of room, beds were comfy, deck was amazing! Highly recommend this property!

We had a family of 13 stay for 6 days. Ages ranged from 7-65 and all had a wonderful time! The house itself is about 30 minutes from the Branson strip. I believe the Talking Rocks Caverns is the closest “attraction”, but I could have missed others. We did SDC, White Water, WonderWorks and attended the Nationals Fast-Pitch Softball tournament at the Branson Rec-Plex and all were about the same, 30 minute drive. There is a restaurant not far from the house called Oh Buoys and it had pretty good Bar and Grill type food. Conveniently, it sits next to a small market that has all of your basic necessities, limited grocery items and pizza if you need something quick for dinner. As everyone else has mentioned, the view was breathtaking! Weather was about 99-104 every day of our visit but we still spent all of our evenings together on the large deck playing the string/hook game that is there. We turned it into an actual tournament with game rules and a point structure! The ping pong table was a great add, our kids played it every day! There were also board games and a deck of cards that were nice to have for family game nights. A few items to note, the water pressure and hot water did seem to deteriorate after a couple of showers (at the same time), but we had read on prior reviews and the property details sent by Carissa that this was expected so we set shower times accordingly and it worked out just fine. We were not able to find any “Welcome” book or instructions on the stay or check-out like other bnb’s we have stayed at, but Carissa (rental manager) was quick to answer any questions we had so it didn’t phase us. As a few have mentioned, you are started with limited TP, trash bags and laundry detergent. Again, we read the reviews and the check-in details provided to my email which included this information so we knew what to expect and arrived prepared. All in all, the house is perfect if you are wanting to enjoy time with family! Thank you Carissa for the ease with renting and answering quickly when needed. My family appreciated every moment and we look forward to renting again in the future!

Accommodations were great, view is outstanding, appliances are dated, had issues with main frig, coffee maker extremely slow, a note do not use 2nd floor range/stove, BBQ pit needs regular cleaning and maintenance, gravel road to house is terrible.

This property is all it’s advertised!! We were 4 couples..each couple had own bedroom and bathroom. There was also plenty of space to be together both indoors and outdoors. We especially enjoyed the outdoor decks and the view of the lake was awesome. We were there when the temperatures were in the upper 90’s and there were no problems keeping the home cool. Communication with the owners was prompt!!

Our family of 11 had a nice get away in Kimberling City! The place is as mentioned and is a beautiful home. There was plenty of space for our family to be comfortable and the view alone is amazing! There were some issues with the air and Carissa and her husband got on it immediately without any hesitation. The air issue was addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We highly recommend this home for your stay! Weather it be a family vacation or just some friends looking to hang out. The next door neighbor was very nice and engaged with us daily. Our family definitely looks forward to returning in the near future to enjoy this amazing home again. Once again, we highly recommend this home for that home away from home feeling!

We returned to this property for Memorial Day weekend after having such a great stay last Labor Day! The house is perfect for our group of 6 couples and two kiddos under 2. Lots of space to spread out and was close to all that we needed. You cannot go wrong with this rental! Host is extremely responsive. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We stayed here for 5 nights. My parents are elderly and have mobility and other issues, so we had to make sure we stayed in a house that fit both of their needs. Carissa addressed each issue, making sure her house would work for us. Even though my mom couldn't use the upper or lower floors of the house, she had everything she needed on the main floor. The only issue we encountered was the master bathtub. It's a jacuzzi tub, but the water runs really slow so we were never able to use it. Carissa was going to get someone in there to take a look at it. She offered to have someone come to fix it while we were there, but we decided it wasn't that big of a deal. We all slept comfortably, and the bedrooms are well-appointed. The house is spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out. It was spotless, and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked several large meals and used the grill and the kitchen. We utilized both of the decks ALOT!! Even though there is a house next door, I kept forgetting that we weren't in a secluded location. The view of the lake from the decks is spectacular, and the lower deck is furnished beautifully with spaces to sit in the sunshine or the shade. There are tons of movies in the downstairs living area. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Carissa, I really appreciate you and your quick response to anything we needed! We ended up with 8 or 9 staying at the house (a couple of my family members had to cancel at the last minute) but had they been able to be with us, the house would have still been large enough. The location was great, the view of the lake was amazing, both decks were so comfy. In fact, I had to take some work from my office with me, one day I sat out on the upper deck & got more done in a couple of hours than I do on a full day at the office!😊 The home is just a beautiful home away from home. The weather was a perfect variety...we had beautiful spring like weather 2 days, rainy & cold the next day & back to Springtime our last day there. And Carissa was so awesome to work with, could not have asked for a sweeter lady!! We will definitely want to stay at this home again. Can't even think of any negative at all about the house. Thank you Carissa for opening this home to a bunch of weary travelers that needed some down time to refresh & recharge! God Bless!

We stayed here for about 5 days for a family vacation and absolutely loved it! This house has lots of space & amenities. Very family/kid friendly & the listing matches the property perfectly! Quiet & secure location & also very beautiful! The hosts are extremely friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Very nice. The porches were awesome to have morning coffee. The grandkids loved the TV downstairs. Will definitely stay again if available
