This highly sought after ground floor unit commands a gorgeous ocean view. Located on the north side of the building, it also enjoys lush tranquil gardens and privacy. This unit is nicely upgraded, and elegantly furnished. AVOID THE ELEVATORS AND WALK STRAIGHT OUT TO THE BEACH! GROUND FLOOR #108 The view from the living room of this special spot is one of blue sky, blue ocean and palm trees swaying in the Maui breeze. The 'endless lanai' allows you to walk right out onto the grass and to the beach and pool area. The decor is Tropical elegance with a touch of light-hearted whimsy. The living room features a comfortable oversized sectional sofa with a pullout queen sleeper. The patio furniture beckons you to sit and enjoy all day. The master bedroom suite enjoys a private bath, while the second bedroom features two queen beds and full bath. A fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals in this special spot. Three gas grills are maintained by the Polo Beach staff and are the perfect option for an easy dinner. This unit is the perfect place to stay for your next Maui vacation! Located on Wailea, this first floor condo is steps from the beach and pool. Gorgeous sunset views! The interior is updated with a state of the art kitchen, perfect for cooking meals at home. The condo has everything you should need during your stay - the owner thought of everything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Do be sure to hang your towels to allow them to dry fully each day so as not to get a musty/moldy smell. Covered parking was convenient, but next time we will rent a smaller SUV to make it easier to access. This is a premier condo and one of the best experiences we have had on our many trips to the islands. Thank you, Kim!

Gorgeous home. It was quiet, safe, and gated. Everything you need for the beach is provided. This home is located next door to several of the best, big resorts on the island… however you would never know it! The private beach which is literally steps away and was beautiful. We spent every evening absorbing the sunsets! Perfect setting for our family’s first vacation to Hawai’i! Mahalo!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo unit just steps from the beach. The condo unit was recently re-modeled and the finishes and attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable! I grew up visiting this condo complex and now bring my family for our vacations. This ground-floor unit is ideal with kids, making the frequent runs to the beach and pool very easy. The owner was very responsive and it's obvious they care about the experience for their guests. This condo unit is amazing. I highly recommend it!

The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy, and the living area was terrific. We embraced the pay it forward mentality by leaving quite of bit of beverages behind for next guests to hopefully enjoy. If I were forced to provide any suggestions for improvement, the clothes dryer is not super efficient and the living room table was quite cumbersome and heavy to move every night to access the foldaway bed in the couch. But these are very minor comments to an otherwise exceptional property. We hope to be back soon. Thank you Kim!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate a birthday. Kim’s home was perfect and had everything we needed. It was such a relaxing and very well-maintained home. We loved the decor, the location was great and the views and complex were awesome. It was the vacation we needed and really loved the pay it forward mentality. I definitely hope to be able to come back soon to enjoy the comfort and luxury of the oasis that Kim has created. Mahalo nui loa!

Our family of five stayed here for a week in May 2023 and it was fabulous. Nicely updated unit with high end finishes just steps to the beach & pool. Great location, beautiful private beach, easy parking. 10/10 would do it again.
The host was amazing and answered the phone or called me back quickly each time I had a question. Check in/ check out was easy and straightforward.

To preface, Polo Beach is my favorite spot in the world. I've been going to that beach for over 15 years. This is my first stay at Polo Beach Club condo's and I'm sorry I didn't go sooner. This condo being ground floor has a spectacular ocean view and a mere steps to the beach. No stairs or elevators. The condo is sublime. Everything we needed. Luxury furnishings and re-model. We only left to eat out and a whale watch cruise. Otherwise we just sat and rested. My grand-daughter took turns with the adults playing all day in the ocean. The Pool and hot tub are convenient and we used every day. We used the provided beach chairs every night at the grass edge and watched the sunset. We had our coffee in the morning (Kuregs provided) on the patio and welcomed the day. Will definitely come back. Thank you Kim for our ease of check-in. And sharing your wonderful home!

We walked into Kim’s home and were stunned at how beautiful and clean it was! We enjoyed all the high end amenities of the home. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were so comfortable. We loved the 1st floor location with gorgeous view of ocean. (watched many whales). Would have loved to stay there for the whole 2 week trip. Kim was quick to respond to help us locate restaurants and entertainment for us and our 11 year old son. The other people we encountered at the complex were wonderful and we felt very welcomed and comfortable being there. It is a quick walk to all the upscale resorts and shops in Wailea. You really don’t need a car. I am dreaming of another opportunity to go back to Kim’s beautiful home and stay longer. Our next stop in Maui was the Four Seasons, and if we could do it all over, we would have stayed the entire 2 weeks at this property. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We had such a memorable and happy time at the Polo Beach Club. You own a piece of paradise!

First and foremost Kim was amazing and fast to reply and accommodated my early package arrival. In short, I'd def come back here - easy parking, modern vibes, plenty of natural lighting, extra goodies, and felt like home.
In detail...
I can tell Kim spent plenty of $$ remodeling and up-keeping her condo (not low-end, cheap material). Very modern and comfortable feeling to everything. This place was designed to host dinner parties and plenty of space to freely roam. We spent most of our time enjoying the sun, the beach, watching TV, and spending family+friends time at this condo (it feels like home). We felt the aloha of this condo through the plenty of items (ie dry goods, goodies, canned/unopened food+beverages+adult beverages in the cabinets/wine refrigerator) provided by the previous visitors. It was very easy to give back to this place!

- Communication with Kim: 10/10
- Ability to handle special requests: 10/10
Condo rating:
- Cleanliness: 9.5/10, it was slightly dusky, but I think it was due to not having anyone there prior to our arrival
- Rooms: 10/10, very comfortable beds, plenty of space for storage, although the second bedroom (the one with 2 beds) has a small closet, the master bedroom has a lot of closet space + shelving
- Bathroom: 10/10 modern, love the shower head and decor
- Bath towels, beach towels, sheets, extra stuff: 9/10 Very comfortable and clean items for use.
- Kitchen: 10/10 plenty of plates, pots, appliances, etc
- Clean up/checkout: 8/10 there was no room service, so we did have to replenish several toiletries (very minimal), and had to follow the instructions on the laundry list prior to departure.
- Parking: 10/10 plenty of parking. We didn't use the garage parking because it was even more compact!

This place was better than we expected - which says a lot since it has a high rating . The location was perfect; the condo is high end and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Kim was responsive every time we asked a question. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Remodeled Property
Beautiful modern property in a great location! Adjacent to the Fairmont in Wailea with access to the beach running/walking trails. Exceptionally clean and comfortable beds. Refrigerator was stocked with cold drinks which was a nice touch! Cable, Netflix, Boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and a full cupboard of board games! The private beach was just a few steps away!

A Dream of a Stay
This place was picture perfect. It was the perfect location and the perfect condo. My husband and two children (7,5) enjoyed going out to the beach every morning and playing in the ocean. There were plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. The beach walk was an amazing nightly activity where we could walk past all the resorts and grab a bite to eat or watch the luaus. This was one of the best vacations we've had.

A beautiful amazing house! This place exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps between your Lanai and the beautiful peaceful beach (we also got lucky to spot and swim with some sea turtles there). Everything you need for a pleasant stay at the beach is provided. The house was very clean and inviting, and felt like a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was very convenient to cook in. There is also a Grill outside which we used a lot. We usually like to take a break from cooking while on vacation, but it was so easy and fun to use the kitchen and the Grill, and of course, to have an amazing view and breeze while eating in the comfort of your own Lanai, that we opted to dine in for most of our dinners. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great.
There is a nice boardwalk along the beach (called “Wailea Oceanfront Boardwalk), starting at the back of the nextdoor Fairmont hotel.
I only wished we could have stayed more. 10 days were not enough.
