The property was close to the wedding venue where my daughter got married. I appreciated the washer and dryer and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The master bed needs to be replaced. Platform bed with the supports broken and replaced with plywood. We stay here every time we come into Kyle. We notice a decline in the upkeep . Shower in master has mold ..redoing the caulking would be a great improvement.

The house itself was pretty nice and well decorated. The owner let us check in early which we appreciated so much! There was, however, a dead roach on the floor and food remnants in the kitchen sink drain. I understand bugs come out when houses aren't occupied so no big deal. The a/c didn't work when we arrived and still didn't work 6 hours later when we came back from our event so we weren't actually able to stay in the house. The owner replied to my messages through the VRBO app somewhat in a timely manner but refused to call me when the situation became emergent with us needing to find a new place to stay the night. The listing title says "Private Home w/ Hotel Accommodations" and the description boasts "All you need is your clothes!" so we took that to mean they provided toiletries, but there were none. The downstairs bathroom didn't have any hand towels which was just inconvenient . The owner said she would refund our money because of the a/c issue. Our 'stay' was 6 days ago and I haven't heard from her as of the writing of this review.

Overall the property was pretty much what was described. TV worked but could not hook up to the internet even after contacting the host and her checking with the provider. The dishwasher did not work (found out as we were preparing to depart after two night stay), Also, both garbage cans outside were full and obviously had not been put out for pick-up for an extended period. Location was convenient to the wedding venue and provided ample room and beds for our crew. Overall the property served our needs and saved $'s verses staying at a hotel,

Had some issues and the property owner addressed them. However I was very disappointed in the master bed…it leans more on right side just making it uncomfortable to sleep, the oven smelled when I turned it on, she (property owner) addressed the trash but it was just gross pulling up to the house and trash is spewing over.
Checked out a couple of days earlier than scheduled.

The property was very clean and close to the Winfield Inn where we were attending a wedding, The front door key button pad wasn’t working when we checked in because it appears the battery was dead but side entry worked just fine, There is a two car garage but this was unusable due to a broken door. There was no shampoo or shower soap which was disappointing but Walgreens was just a short walk down the road. Also, the living room was quite small sporting only a love seat and single chair which didn’t work well for 6 adults but a few of us camped out on the floor and made it work. . All in all it was a very pleasant stay,

The Dishes and appliances were dirty. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The house was very nice and in a perfect location to visit family and enjoy Austin, San Marcos and New Braunfels.

Nice base camp location
Spent a few days in San Marcos and Austin area so this was the perfect base camp location. We were 15-20 minutes from almost everything we wanted to do.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Townhouse that seems newly renovated. Bedrooms all upstairs enough combination for 6 people at least. Very clean. Came with essentials. Good communication with owner. Not far from stores, attractions, and restaurants. Would book again.

The house was a fantastic place for our group to get together and enjoy the area. The house was exceptional and cozy for our group to be able to make a nice meal or relax after a day out. Truly a great experience! Didn't have any problems or issues, everything we needed was right there.

The beds in all of the rooms were uncomfortable. The master bed dipped in the middle. The room with twin beds and the other guest room had mattresses that were very hard.
The internet was very slow and negatively impacted our ability to watch TV (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Spectrum TV service was inconsistent. Depending on the time/day—sometimes it would work, most times it would not. Could be due to the poor internet connection.
When attempting to cook breakfast, the oven would not pre-heat and kept showing a “Loc” message. I had to lookup a YouTube video to get it to work.
For the home to advertise being able to sleep six, the living room seating is not equivalent. My family (of 5) had to pull extra chairs into the living room, due to limited seating.
Lastly, the inability to access the home through the garage made entering and exiting the home inconvenient—especially when entering with luggage and/or shopping/grocery bags.
