This beautifully updated 3 bed/1.5 bath waterfront home has everything you’ll want and need for a memorable escape. Featuring wonderful, comfortable living, both upstairs and down, the new custom kitchen w/stainless appliances, granite and glass block tile will delight even the most hesitant chef. And the dining room and great living room both feature a wall of windows overlooking the lake – a perfect setting for your morning coffee or a night in to enjoy Netflix, TV or board games. Head to the large lakefront yard and take advantage of the private dock, kayak/canoe, walk-in stairs for a sandy bottom swim or fire-pit. Coming with small kids? Head to the Playground and Opechee Park just across the street. This was the perfect house for our family. We couldn’t believe how much space we had. The owners were wonderful and very communicative. We could have spent the whole week enjoying the lake views on the back deck. The location was great for being able to get around and enjoy everything New Hampshire has to offer. I’m already looking forward to returning next summer!

We chose this location for both having access to the lake, and having ready access to a town. Despite the proximity to other homes and to downtown, it felt quiet and secluded. The property provided plenty of room for our family of four, and was in excellent condition.
One pro-tip: the red kayak might be a little narrow and tippy for inexperienced boaters. Don't ask how I found out. :)

Great for our needs! It was nice to also have the middle school track and Opechee Park right next door to get some exercise in! We rented a boat from Irwin Marine and it was great to have on the lake for the day. Even though the house isn’t far back from the road it still had the homey lake feel to it. Great spot away from the Winnepesaukee craziness!

Good clean sandy walk in beach area with kayak launch spot. Looks like can dock a boat there, prob not two, but the water is prob 3 ish feet deep where you would dock as an fyi. Ac downstairs and one vent upstairs in bathroom and looks like they probably use one window AC in summer. The place was super clean and well thought out. Nice deck, had propane for the grill, Six chairs around the fire. Three seater canoe and one person kayak provided as well. Was a great place and would definitely stay again.

The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our trip to Laconia. The private lake access with the dock was absolutely perfect, we enjoyed using the canoe and kayak. Short ride into town and into to weirs beach. Kim and Carlos were very prompt in returning texts and emails. Will definitely book again!

The view from the home from 1-5: was a 10!!! Everything was beautiful and relaxing. I went in April and although was a bit chilly it was just an added amenity that we truly enjoyed. I also want to highlight the location as with a little exploration you can find a huge variety of food options. This vacation was splendid!!!

We have a wonderful time! Loved the views and the access to the water. Early October was a gorgeous time to visit! Hosts were very responsive prior to our trip and we didn’t have any questions while we were there! Would definitely return!

Our family stayed up here during the fall season to enjoy the leaf peeping and had a great time. What an amazing location! So close to downtown and other amenities. The lake is stunning and the access to the water is great. Home is well stocked and has everything you need. Will need to come back in the summer to enjoy the water toys. Would definitely stay here again!!

You really can’t get closer to Lake Opechee than this! We had a great stay: swimming in the clear lake and just enjoying the view. We were there for the Timberman triathlon and chose this location because it is just a couple of hundred yards from the Start and Transition. It simply could not be in a better spot. The run course goes right by the front door! There’s a middle school nearby but they must be the quietest students ever …. we heard no noise at all during school hours. The town is within comfortable walking distance with the main grocery stores only a short drive away.

My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 year old, my sister with special needs and my 68 year old father. The house was perfect. Great walk in area for young kids and lots of toys. Plenty of space for everyone. Deck was the perfect place for outdoor dining. Close to town and a great playground. We will definitely be back.

Family Vacation at the Lake
Our family rented this lake house for a week and it was fantastic! The lake view from the backyard and deck was beautiful to wake up to every morning and the sunsets were gorgeous! The house was very clean, well appointed and decorated very nicely. We had everything we needed for our stay. The a/c was so nice to have during a very hot and humid week, as well. The deck and yard had plenty of space for outdoor dining and yard games. Close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and Weirs Beach. The next door neighbor was very nice, and the homeowner, Carlos, was very communicative a pleasure to work with!

Great property well suited for our group. Nicely stocked kitchen allowed for easy meal prep. Enjoyed the sandy beach and lake views. Hosts were responsive and accommodating!

My family and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we absolutely loved it. The property is clean and really well appointed with everything that you need. Perfect stay for a few days or a week
House was just as hosts described. Older house with lots of of charm. Very clean an hosts left lot of little things that made the stay very pleasant. Even left fixings for smores! Backyard was perfect for a little fire and hanging out. Took a dip in the lake and enjoyed great scenery. Perfect if you bring your own boat as well. We rented one on lake winnisquam. Deck and kitchen were good for family games. We had a question while we were there and got a quick response. Thanks for sharing your home

A great house, beautiful lake. Very clean and lit with the sun. Will be back again! There are pottery classes nearby if the weather is rainy. Kayaking and roasting marshmallows left for us by the owners are our favorite memories.

The place was great. It was just my wife and i so i don't think the mandatory $250 cleaning fee which is built into the final price was necessary, however we were happy we found a place available for rent in such little time considering it was a busy weekend for the lakes region with the fishing derby and dog sled races. Thank you for having us! Also- the neighbor was very personable.

Girls Annual Get Away
Everything as advertised. Clean, well stocked. Beautiful deck, steps to dock and water. Enough space to hang out.

My family of 6 adults stayed at the property and there was plenty of room there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and two living rooms and a den on the first floor which all have a couches the kitchen is renovated and is beautiful and fully stocked with any utensils you would need the whole house was nicely decorated and very clean the deck and yard and lake are also great the lake has a great swimming area and there is a patio with a fire pit we had the best time staying there and I highly recommend this property
