The Space:

Knotty alder cabinets, log accents, and fresh renovations give this 3BD/3BA condo a warm mountain-lodge feel—and with the slopes just steps away, you'll barely need to leave your ski boots on. One well-behaved dog is welcome.



The main level centers on a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and TV, opening to a covered deck made for sunset views. The updated kitchen (new granite counters throughout) offers bar seating, and the master bedroom, laundry, and a freshly renovated bath round out this floor.



Upstairs, a king bedroom with ensuite bath sits alongside a bunk room sleeping 3 (with its own TV/DVD player), a sofa bed on the landing for 2 more, and a loft overlooking the living space below—plenty of room to spread out.



A private garage (fits most SUVs, 82" clearance) with a locked gear closet plus a second parking spot behind it means storage for all your adventure gear. Steps from your door: a communal hot tub, deck, and grill, plus easy access to the base area and shuttle stop—ski out, or hop the bus, your call.



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



The free shuttle to the slopes stops at the bottom of the parking lot where it meets Hunter Hill Rd. This runs in the winter months every hour.  You can also ski in/ski out from the north end of the upper parking lot.



No trailers or RV's are allowed at this property due to town regulations and/or HOA covenants.



The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.

Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.



4 or all-wheel drive is suggested in the winter to access the parking lot. 



This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking.

The HOA allows ONE well behaved dog. We can't make any exceptions for more than one dog. Cats are not permitted.

This property is accessed by 2 flights of stairs. No elevator at this property.



Parking

Parking spaces are very limited and it is important that all guests and owners observe the parking rules and regulations.

All vehicles must have a parking tag which will be issued to you upon check in. A parking tag must be hung on the rear view mirror of each vehicle. Owners have been provided a permanent parking tag for each of their vehicles kept on the property.

All vehicles of guests or owners of Aspen and Cottonwood buildings Must park in their assigned garages or in the lower lot which adjoins the Aspen building.  For this unit you must park in the garage and then also behind your garage door.  Please be sure to look up and be aware of any snow that could slide off the roof.  Garage door height 82" & width 105". 

Observe all signs for restricted and /or prohibited parking areas.

Any vehicle parked on site without a “parking tag” hanging on the rear view mirror or parked in a restricted or prohibited area will be towed. If your vehicle is towed, you will be responsible for all towing charges. The phone number of the towing contractor is 349-7333.



Guest Access:

Check in instructions will be sent to you 3 days prior to arrival at 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

The Paradise condos are located on Hunter Hill Rd. The shuttle stops one an hour at the end of the driveway and can take you to the base area. 4WD or AWD is recommended for getting to your condo. Only 2 cars per condo are allowed. To access the lifts you can walk/ski behind the San Moritz condos that are just North of Paradise and than hit the slopes just above the Westwall Lift.



Getting Around:

It will be easiest if you have a car to get around. You are about 4.5 miles to the Town of Crested Butte and about 3/4 of a mile to the base area of the mountain.
