Beautiful House 3/2 on canal leading to Lake Grassy. World famous lakes all nearby such as Lake Istokpoga reknown for World-Class bass fishing. Most lakes have public boat ramps and most are free to the public. Spend a beautiful and peaceful vacation with entire house plus washer/ dryer to enjoy. High end neighborhood is very safe. Bring your boat or kayak or just spend a week or two relaxing. Venture into town for antique/thrift shops galore. Home is centrally located: 1 hour to Punta Gorda and Fort Myers; 1hour 30 min from Disney World; under 2 hours to Tampa; minutes from Sebring. Living room has 55" flat screen TV. Master Bedroom has queen size bed/bathroom/ 32" flat screen TV. Second bedroom also has queen. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds with plenty of room to play or relax. Screened- in back porch is ideal for sunset enjoyment. Home will accommodate 6 comfortably.

Let me start by saying Sebastian is the kindest host we've encountered. Our situation was not a normal one, we were looking for a last minute place to get away from Hurricane Milton. Sebastian responded immediately to our request with an approval even with our 2 doggies. Thanks again Sebastian!

We had a great stay at Sebastian's. The home was exactly as described, convenient to town and fishing. The neighborhood was friendly and the driveway was perfect for parking a boat. Sebastian was very responsive and ensured our stay was perfect.
