About this house rental
Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath private home situated on 1 1/2 acres of land. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with on-suite bath, guest bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed, guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, guest bedroom 3 has 2 double beds, and guest bedroom 4 is on the lower level with a queen sized bed. The first 4 bedrooms are on the main floor of the house. The lower level has a family room, full bath, separate bedroom area and can accommodate a few air mattresses as well. There is a huge back deck that spans the length of the home and includes a fire table 2 eight person dining tables, multiple seating areas with sun shades. The back deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped lawn, pergola, stream, and fire pit with a Koi pond.
There is a private front courtyard seating area that seats 5 for a more intimate gathering.
We have almost 8 year old twins, so if you have young children we can leave the toys out for your use (we also have 2 high chairs, pac n plays, youth seats, etc. if needed).
The house is in close proximity to the airport, restaurants, mall, movie theater, colleges/universities, lake, State Parks, wineries and shops.
There is a private front courtyard seating area that seats 5 for a more intimate gathering.
We have almost 8 year old twins, so if you have young children we can leave the toys out for your use (we also have 2 high chairs, pac n plays, youth seats, etc. if needed).

Very comfortable, quiet, and well provisioned home that can accommodate large family/multi-generations. Single floor plan great for the older folks. Outdoor living space is really great, as well as newly finished basement. Kitchen has everything you’ll need for meal prep. Fully appreciated the decaf beans!House was very clean with plenty of towels and good bedding. Lots of seating in the common areas. We had a very relaxing stay with a party of 10. Super convenient to groceries, Cornell campus, and Ithaca in general.Host was very communicative and helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO home during Ithaca College graduation weekend. It was the perfect setting for our large family to gather and celebrate together. The outdoor spaces were fantastic—we especially loved spending evenings around the fire pit, and the thoughtful s’mores kit the owners left for us made it even more special.From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed. The fresh flowers and bottle of local wine were such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. The home was incredibly well stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking meals and hosting family throughout the weekend.The newly renovated basement was another huge bonus, and the kids had a great time playing air hockey and hanging out downstairs. Every detail of the home made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for such a meaningful family celebration and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ithaca area!
