Very clean and cozy. Did not get a chance to use the pool since it was a little to chilly.

We loved the view of the mountains and Lake Havasu from the patio. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, new appliances and all the comforts of home. Very friendly neighbors and nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We were here almost 3 months. Owners were outstanding and easy to communicate with. We would easily try to book this place yearly if we didn't just purchase a house here in Lake Havasu City. This place was perfect, perfect, perfect! Great neighborhood, good friendly neighbors. Lovely CLEAN home.

Great place to stay. Backyard is beautiful. Chairs, tables, bbq, pool...everything you need. Pretty sunset views. Beds are very comfy. Lots of pots and pans and cooking utensils. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!!!!

Quaint house. Loved the backyard and pool area. BIG backyard! Very nice neighbor. The owner was so cool about bringing the dog and getting in earlier than we expected to.

My family of 5 (kids 7, 10, 13) stayed here for a whole month. It was one of our favorite vacations ever! There was enough space on the side of the driveway to store our boat. The pool and back yard was perfect. All of the beds were comfortable. There were more than enough linens and kitchen items. The owners were SO responsive--very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again.

The most amazing hosts! Great getaway house, it’s perfect location, just far enough that it’s so peaceful, while just down the way is the bars, shops, lots of restaurants, keep going straight to the London bridge and your at the river! The house is perfect, very clean! we loved the way the bedrooms were on the other side of the house! The pool is amazing! Great neighbors! Kitchen is completely equipped! Our whole experience was 5 stars ⭐️ all the way! We will rent again! Next time I’m renting it for a month! Thank you Rich and Lisa!

This dog friendly house is by far the best house we have ever rented! Comfortable, cozy and very clean with lots of amenities. Master bed is exceptionally comfortable. Great backyard with a pool, gorgeous view. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Clean and had an at-home feel to it. Property was modern and well maintained. This would be a good choice for a family as well. Good size fenced in back yard with a very nice pool. Quiet neighborhood. Nice place to relax. Owners responded quickly and seemed very nice. We would recommend this property.
