we have come to the beach for years but first time in a private residence which was a very unique experience since we were seeking complete privacy. it was ideal and the host, Scott Grissom was extremely helpful when we were unaware of the front door key code. Aside from that , our stay was extremely delightful.

The rental is very clean, and modern. What you see in pictures is what you exactly get. The pictures are up to date. Very close to pool. Nice and quite location. Very nice and clean screened in outdoor porch. I have stayed at this rental 2 times and never been had a problem! Great management. You will love this property.

Walking into this condo was so pretty. We can tell they went the extra mile in the quality in decorating. The owner check with us to make sure all was and if we were enjoying ourself.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated, well stocked. We loved the screen porch - which overlooks the pool. It is a quite, restful area for reading and just connecting with family. We rented a golf cart for getting to beach and around kingston.

Myrtle Beach Vacation
We rented this property after previously staying at another location within the Kingston Plantation last year, and we were not disappointed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week long stay. We especially loved the close proximity to the private pool and the outdoor patio! Looking forward to booking again for next year!

The condo was nicely located for great beach access and a nice pool. Also close to Barefoot Landing, outlet shopping, restaurants, and other fun spots. My family enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Condo!
We stayed here as a family of 4 for a baseball tournament. The condo was very clean, the pool was great, and we were a 1/2 mile to beach access. The location of Kingston Plantation was perfect. We were a 20 min drive from Ripken, and within 10 min of many restaurants and the outlets. The owner, Scott was great to work with, and got right back to me with any questions I had. We would stay again!

You’ll have access to the nicest pool in the complex. Only certain villas have access to this pool so it is rarely crowded. Scott was great to work with. Always quick to respond. We had zero issues during our stay. I highly recommend Scott and his beautiful villa.

Highly Recommend
It has been roughly 15 years since I stayed in Myrtle Beach. Things change so I had to rely on Google searches and reviews to find a place to stay. I came for a family reunion taking place at Apache Campgrounds. Scott's condo, in addition to being very clean and comfortable, was an easy walk to the beach (under a mile) and the campgrounds. The layout provided plenty of privacy for myself and a friend. We loved the quiet screened-in porch. A BIG shout-out for having great skillets and pots. I cook even on vacation and usually find cookware I wouldn't even use for camping! Keep in mind there are a lot of steps to reach the condo if you are traveling with an older adult or recovering from surgery. The steps are worth it if you are in decent physical shape!

The house was super clean, lots of living space, real nice screened in deck with very comfortable outdoor furniture looking over the community pool. Modern updated appliances.
Booklets with information on entire house on how to work Tv remotes, air condition, map of entire Kingston Plantation, restaurants and a lot more information if you needed. The owners put a lot of thought into making it very comfortable for renters. Very well organized owners for a comfortable trouble free vacation. I will stay here again definitley!!!! 100 % satisfied!!!!

The condo at kingston plantation was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything worked perfectly and we enjoyed all the amenities of the community, especially the pool right behind the condo. Definitely will be returning next year!
