In total, there are 3 separate private locking units (7 Bedrooms 4 Full Baths in total). The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom main house has a 55 inch TV per bedroom, full surround sound entertainment unit in the living room with 75 inch TV, and 43 inch tv in the oversized modernized kitchen. The kitchen offers a 36 inch 6 burner Natural Gas stove and over, 32 inch 4 door refrigerator (ice and water dispenser in door), Dishwasher, Microwave, Deep Freezer, Wine Cooler, Coffee and Espresso maker, Blender, Juicer, food processor, and Electric Kettle. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled and modernized as well. The Main house has its own Front Load washer and dryer (steam capable). Free parking for 5 vehicles. As well as free unlimited street parking. Both 2 bedroom 1 bathroom Bungalow has been remodeled as well. Both offering its own full sized kitchens, with 30 inch stoves, 30 inch refrigerators with Ice Makers, sink disposals, Microwaves, blenders, espresso and coffee makers as well. The outdoor has not only 1 outdoor kitchen, but and additional 2 grilling areas with seating for either meeting areas, or separate lounge areas. One is located at/in the pool swim-up bar, now thats just awesome! The pool, is a 27ft x 15ft heated tropical lagoon. From depths of 3ft to 6ft. The entire property is engulfed with lush tropical foliage, flowers, and vines. Giving the best South Florida ambience possible! Reading all prior reviews helps greatly on filling in whats to be expected during your stay! I encourage potential guest to get an insight of what past guest have experienced to couple with the descriptions provided here from the host. In doing so, you get highlights from both point of views, leaving no unexpected surprises upon your arrival. This is a quiet zoned property. No Parties. Outdoor activities must end at 10pm. Pool is closed from 10pm to 7am. Outdoor noise activity must end prior to 10:00pm everyday. Portable speakers at the pool area must be kept at listening levels only. (Strictly enforced, City Ordinance enforces outdoor music at 10pm sharp) Must be 25yrs of age to book.

I went with a group of 12 of my friends. There was plenty of room, a great location and plenty of space for everyone. Would highly suggest this spot for large groups who want to be close to downtown

Overall very disappointing. Everything was very outdated. There was mold in so many places in the property. One room was so bad nobody could sleep there because there was so much mold and it smelled so bad. The wine fridge smelled so bad we could not open it. We had guests who had asthma and were pregnant and they did not feel comfortable in the house. The pool was advertised that there was sun, there was no sun. There was a giant cockroach in the kitchen one day. We had planned to grill one day and neither of the grills worked. It was a great location and if it was cleaner and did not smell of mold it would have been great. Very disappointing.

We had an awesome stay at this location. We had a group of 16 in town for a wedding and it worked perfectly. The setup allows for a lot of private space within the group so we didn’t feel piled on top of eachother. It was enough bathroom/bedroom/kitchen for what we needed. Loved the outdoor space, amazing pool area. Host was responsive to our questions and very helpful. East access to town area and the beach. Would recommend!

Loved the property! It is split up into 3 main living spaces so you can have privacy even when you are with a large group. The pool was perfect due to the amazing landscaping and tree coverage. Great host, they provided us with everything we needed! Will definitely stay there again!

Do not stay here. This property does not deserve the word "luxury" in it's title. I stayed here with much regret with friends while we were visiting for a wedding. Could not be more disappointed with our stay and customer service from the owner and VRBO.

The pool area was not well maintained and the furniture was also dirty and stained. One of the bathrooms also had ants crawling all over the doorframe. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance of the property became apparent on our last night when one of our friends found an ENORMOUS cockroach in her bedroom. A utteraly terrible way to spend our time while we were trying to enjoy our friend's wedding weekend.
What made this all worse was that VRBO and the owner have given us ZERO compensation or any type of refund for this awful property. For something that is nearly $900/night and labeled as "luxury" this is completely absurd.

The property was nice but could use some TLC. Nice upgrades in the kitchens, comfy beds, and nice art in the main house. The property was generally clean and nicely spaced out for couples to gather and have privacy. Attention to some details should be considered: Repair damage and aged characteristics of the property (plugs not working in bathroom; missing sideboard on door leaving hole in wall...);Bungalow A was quite musty smelling, the property manager did as much as he could but hard to get rid of over the course a a few days and some other items. The manager and Bethany were very responsive and nice to deal with! The location is outstanding!

Perfect Accommodation
We booked the home and bungalows (Resort) to accommodate our wedding party for the weekend of our big day. Not only is the property perfectly manicured, but the accommodations within were roomy, comfortable, and stylish. The pool area was perfect for lounging, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for and feed a large group. We would absolutely recommend this space for any wedding and festivities!

Great for groups!
My 5 siblings (including spouses) stayed here for a recent trip to visit our Grandma. The pool is amazing, and the houses were very accommodating, comfortable, and clean. Super close to City Place and the airport. Would definitely recommend!

We took all three units and it suited our large family very well. It was nice to be able to have everyone together. We found the kitchen and the home to be well equipment and the owner was very, very nice. Zero complaints. If we return to FL again, we would rent this hone again.

My husband and I and 5 other couples booked this property for a wedding in Palm Beach. I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. The main house is large, clean, and the kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you might need. Closets in the main house have built-ins. Washing machine and dryer is updated. Living room had a huge TV. Kitchen and bedrooms have their own TVs as well. Alexa was in the kitchen and was easily transferable to the pool area. The two bungalows were perfect side spaces to accommodate our large group. The pool area is awesome. It's amazing how well the space is used throughout the property. You have access to 7 beach cruiser bikes, which we used more than once. Lastly, the owner Peter was super responsive to our questions. He lives just a few houses down and came by twice to clean and check on the pool. He allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage until we left for the airport. So much fun and I can't recommend it enough.

Perfect location for group getaway!
We had a group of 16 and had the most amazing 5-day vacation at this resort-style property. Peter and Bethany were the most welcoming hosts and even let us go to the property prior to the check-in time with our luggage so that we could get the most of our first day. The main house and bungalows allowed for enough space for down time and we spent most of our time outside at the pool which was perfect! Peter was quick to respond to help us figure out how to get the Alexa working and even came by to let the trash out for us. I would 100% recommend this property and rent again especially for large groups or multi-family rentals. Thanks again Peter and Bethany you were great!

Perfect Long Weekend in West Palm Beach for a Bachelorette Party!
This property was the perfect location with all the right amenities for a Bachelorette Party! We had 17 girls travel from PA, NJ, NY, DC, and FL. Peter was very accommodating and let us check in early right when our flights arrived and even let us check out late on our last day for those who had later flights! The set-up was perfect for a large group with 1 main house and multiple bungalows so we didn’t feel too crowded. The beds were very comfortable and had high quality bedding. Pool towels and bath towels were provided as well as a washer and dryer so we were never without what we needed! The house had ample plates, cups, utensils, etc. and was about a $6 Uber ride to the local Publix Supermarket where we stocked up on groceries and alcohol. The pool was warm and comfortable and the backyard tropical foliage was beautiful and well-maintained. The neighbor (from other reviews) only had 1 small complaint on Thursday night around midnight about noise levels because he had work the next day. The location of the property was perfect for our needs- about 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend using Visit Palm Beach for a boat cruise (the dock is only 5 min. Away) as well as E.R. Bradley’s Beach Bar located close by. We traveled to Old Key Lime House during the day for a beach bar that was about 20 mins away- also a great find! Peter was also very helpful with recommendations for local hot spots! I would definitely recommend this property to any other large groups who are traveling from out of town and looking for a well-appointed property that is in close proximity to everything you will need in West Palm Beach! I hope to visit this property again :)

Luxurious home with all the amenities to cater to your vacation needs!
The home was wonderful, plenty of space to spread out and more than you could ask for while on vacation. The only reason I dont give this place 5 stars is the backyard neighbor. The guy hangs over his balcony staring down at you while you're in the pool, eavesdropping in on your conversations, and calls the cops on you if you talk above whisper level, even at 7pm in the afternoon!! The guy is a creep and should be evicted or put in jail.

Amazing vacation spot!
I just got back from spending four days at this house and had to send in my review of this exceptional home! We were a large (17 people + a baby) group of 25-30 year old's that came in town for a wedding. We needed a very large place to stay at to accommodate everyone who was traveling, and this house was perfect! It may seem expensive at first, but once you divide the price up per person, it is actually cheaper than staying at surrounding hotels..and I can guarantee you that this place will be nicer than any hotel near the same price range. The owner, Peter, was so easy to work with. He is extremely responsive and flexible! He responded to every message within an hour and was always willing to help with anything we needed the whole weekend. The neighborhood was very nice and only minutes from many stores/restaurants/the beach/etc. The house itself was very big and clean. It is equipped with any household item that you could possibly need, I was shocked! The pool area is amazing and the perfect spot to hang out for the weekend. They also had bikes available for anyone who wanted to use them, as well as multiple grills. Parking was not near as bad as we expected since you are able to park along the street, so we never had issues like we anticipated. It was truly an amazing weekend and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone with a big group.

Really Big Property, fit well for whole group.
Stayed here for a college reunion, every room here is set up perfectly. A real home like experience. Kitchens have all utensils to cook anything, and that grill gets to 700 Degrees. Pool felt like a warm bath at night. Just overall awesome.

Best place in West Palm Beach for us!
Super place to stay, close to the marina and boat show. Bikes were very helpful. Pool was beautiful, clean and very enjoyable. I would stay here again.

GREAT property. GREAT host.
The owner/host was wonderful, answering all questions prior to our booking his property to the day after we left. He could be reached by phone/text, and he would usually respond within 15 minutes. He is a delightful host, giving information and suggestions when needed. He goes above and beyond by supplying paper products and cleaning supplies, something that most owners do not do. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. You have to LOVE the pool and pool area with the floats, hammocks, seating, and bar area...even seats to swim up to the bar! The outside is immaculate with a great front porch, a tent with table and chairs, outdoor lighting, 8 bikes, 3 grills (both propane gas and natural gas). We rented the main house and both bungalows, and everything was in working order. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay. We had many friends/family visiting us, and everyone loved the place and said they would stay there if they ever need a place in West Palm Beach. If we ever need a place in West Palm Beach in the future, this is where we would stay.
