The Annexe was even more beautiful than photos, lots of thoughtful details (Yorkshire tea!!) twinkly lights, hot tub set up for arrival. We also had a beautiful meal in Bearsted while staying and taxi was not too expensive for the secluded location.

Great communication before arrival with the additional options helping me to set the scene better for my other half's birthday. Location wise it's quite which we loved and the cleanliness and quality of the room was exceptional. Fantastic short break away from the real world.

Nice little quiet get away for the night, would go back for that reason! Nice private hot tub area, clean, nice warm cozy room! Was a nice night's break!

Only thing worth mentioning not that I dislike it, the road going to the place is bumpy in parts, so wouldn't take a sports car! No complaints at all, just advice for future guests

Very Clean up to date room. Hot Tub was excellent. Very quite location. All that is needed was there.

Stunning facility with own private courtyard and hot tub. I stayed there with my boyfriend and we felt so relaxed. Bed was sooo comfy, had the best nights sleep! Couldn’t fault the cleanliness or space. A nice and well thought out welcome book was provided with all information we would need about the property and surrounding area. We definitely want to visit again! Had the best time and would highly recommend to anyone.

Can’t fault much other than maybe was expecting better cooking facilities (we thought there was an oven), but this mainly our fault for not looking properly! Fully functioning microwave and electric hob in the cupboard.
