Really great location! Comfy & has everything you need. Not much privacy but we were ok with that! Saw a huge group of elk so that was really awesome! Could walk everywhere to so that was convenient. Maria was communicative and very nice !

My wife and I stayed at Maria’s property for a weekend in Pine. It was perfect for what we needed. All the necessities were available to us and the home was very clean. The property is also in a very nice location with a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance. Also, Maria was amazing. She checked in with us when we arrived just to make sure we had settled in ok and if we needed anything. I have absolutely zero complaints. Thank you Maria. We will definitely be back.

The place was very nice with a great patio and bbq out back. The pictures were super accurate in showing how cute the place was and Maria was quick to get back and answer questions. Rumor (the beautiful horse on the property) was also so fun to hang out near and watch!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The location of the property was perfect and within walking distance to great places to eat and grab a drink. I loved our little weekend getaway here and will definitely stay here again if Maria will have us!!!

When we arrived we were pretty tired so we decided to lay down for a nap which our 4 year old especially needed. Unfortunately, there was no door on the second bedroom , just a curtain covering the opening, which made it very hard for a 4 year old to want to stay inside and allowed a lot of light into the room. Also the unit has no air conditioning which made napping and sleeping at night very difficult. With napping out of the question, no one getting to bed until 1am because it was so hot, and my 4 year old waking up at 530 because there was no door to block light and secure his room this made for a miserable stay. I didn't know homes without AC existed in Arizona. The noise from the upstairs unit was quite loud all night. You could hear every foot step, and apparently that person didn't sleep. Lastly, as far as the sleep situation goes, with all the windows open to cool the place down, you started to hear loud trucks around 6am as you are right off a busy road. Also, the description said there was a kitchen, but there was no stove. I don't think you can call it a kitchen if there is no stove. This affected us because we had planned to cook a pizza. We paid for 2 nights, but decided to leave after the first night. Good sleep is an important part of getting away and relaxing and that just wasn't possible when it was 80+ degrees in the house at night. Expressed some of this to the owner with very little concern on their part. They were out of town which they expressed earlier and had very little phone service which made communication spotty, not that they could have done anything about not having AC in the unit. They did their best to communicate when they could. Hope this helps someone else make an informed decision.

Good accommodations. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. Limited counter space if you're trying to cook a meal. A little off putting to see a hair salon sink next to the refrigerator. We would stay again.

Had a great time with the family in this beautiful property. Owner made time to come and greet us. Everything was clean and comfortable. No problem recommending anyone to stay here.

We had a great time at Maria’s place, it was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was nice that we were able to bring our dogs, and there was space outside for them to be on their leads while we grilled and ate outside. The location is great and within walking distance to the grocery store, local bar, and delicious breakfast spot! The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean. We will definitely be returning!

Kind of a bait and switch situation, pictures showed and still show a place that was already rented for 1 month, and states fireplace, 1 and 1/2 bath. When you go to book, owner than offers place adjacent to pictured property, but only1 bath, no fireplace, person upstairs very noisy day and night, I tried verifying with owner there was 1 and 1/2 bath, she never answered question directly, but had to book, as nothing else available for the funeral we had to attend. Property could have been cleaner inside house.

Being from Southern Arizona, we really enjoyed the cool weather and all the green!!!! The outside patio areas are where we spent most of our time and they were awesome!!!! The owner is awesome and accommodating!

The property was nice but it is listed as having heat. The heat is a bunch of unsafe space heaters which I chose not to use because of children. The other form of heat is a wood burning stove that would not stay lit. After an hour of attempting to get it to stay lit we had to leave because the smoke was affecting my lungs.

We loved it!!

We loved the fireplace on the patio & spent lots of time out there enjoying the mild weather. The elk came to visit a number of times & it never got old seeing them each time. They are so used to people being around that they hang out keeping a watchful eye on you. Nice unit - well equipped - even had a gas bbq grill that we used a number of times.

If you are a cook. Great pantry. Comfortable. Tried the local pizza music place. It was fun.

Beautiful nicely decorated cabin right next to the main road. Location is great, only a few hundred feet from 2 restaurants and convenient store. It is surrounded with trees so you can't feel you are so close to the road. It was nice to seat on the patio and listen to the live music from the restaurant. Lots of space, especially in main bedroom. It's clean and well equipped. Great set of kitchen knifes which is so rare when you rent. There are 3 A/C units for warm summer days. Can't wait to come back in the winter time and enjoy patio fireplace. Thank you Maria for accommodating my needs on such short notice!
