Nestled in Franconia, this lovely chalet for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Constructed in 2011. This air conditioned, Timber framed home is located in the heart of Mittersill Village and Franconia Notch State Park. The location offers convenient access to Cannon Mountain Ski Area during the winter months. The house is within walking distance(1/4 mile) to the Mittersill ski lift and groomed cross-country ski trails. During the spring, summer and fall enjoy easy access to popular White Mountain hikes and attractions (Flume Gorge, aerial tram, paved bike paths, Mt. Lafayette, and Echo Lake beach). The location serves as a great home base for northern NH family theme parks and is within a short driving distance to the towns of Littleton and Lincoln. The home Includes cathedral ceilings with exposed timbers throughout the first floor, including the master bedroom and master bath. Two queen beds, one full and one single, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, deck, Foosball table, plasma TV with blue ray DVD, HD cable TV and wireless Internet.

The pictures do not do this place justice!!! Corey was easy to communicate with, he messaged the day of and told us we could check in early. The AC is amazing and hard to come by in this neighborhood (my husbands family all have time shares at the resort we’ve been coming for many years).

Our family of five adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Franconia. The cabin was beautiful, spacious and very well appointed. The location was close to multiple hiking and biking activities in Franconia Notch State Park. We also took an easy day trip to Bretton Woods and hiked there. The home was quiet and private. The most exciting thing that happened was seeing two bears in the front yard. (We were happy we were on the second story balcony at the time!). I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect house for your stay in the Franconia area. The location was excellent and a quick drive to all the area locations. If you don't want to drive, you can bike to the recreational path from the house or the off road bike trails from the end of the road. The house was very clean and well stocked. The grill on the covered deck was a nice plus for those that want to grill up a quick dinner. The central A/C was also a great feature for those hot summer afternoons. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed Memorial day weekend for hiking and kayaking. The location is ideal if you’re hiking I. The Franconia Notch area. No traffic issues, peaceful environment. The home was ideal. The owner is wonderful to communicate with.

Corey’s house was just as described in the listing. The location was ideal being a very short drive off of 93, but still far enough out and surrounded by the forest. We even had a bear pass through the yard one morning. The house was clean and had the general essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, etc). If I needed a place to stay in this area again, I would definitely consider this home again!

The home was everything as advertised. This was a family vacation with my three adult children. Franconia is the perfect launch spot to many activities and sites in New Hampshire. Owner was responsive. The home was very cleaned, and well stocked. Perfect!

The chalet was very clean with modern facilities. Trails are accessible from the driveway and the end of the road. We hiked 4 times and covered 5 miles just from the chalet.
This area of NH is a playground of activities and this property is in an excellent location for accessing attractions from Lincoln/Woodstock up to Littleton and Bethelham. We could have traveled over to the Northern Presidentials but we had plenty to do in Franconia.
Only issue we had (and it wasn't a big deal) was the water pressure during the last 3 days of our stay. It was very low. On the last day as we were leaving the owner told us that a crew was working on a water line issue on the road. We knew they were there but we assumed they were working on the road. Never occurred to us that they could be working on both.
Regardless the place and location were awesome. Thanks Corey and VRBO!!!

Fabulous stay!
Corey’s place was amazing! We loved our stay. Beautiful home, super comfortable beds, fantastic master bedroom, well stocked kitchen, close to incredible hiking and climbing, super clean, and peaceful location on the mountainside. wished we could spend the whole summer there! Kids loved foosball and all the games there, dog and kids enjoyed the private yard. Definitely highly recommend if vacationing in Franconia.

Needed a place to stay for a wedding weekend and wanted to bring my dog. Perfect location for biking, swimming, hiking. House was way cleaner than expected given they allow dogs. Would return in winter and summer. Extremely comfortable and we loved all the amenities offered including the gas grill and fire pit outside.
