It was comfortable enough. The decorations were in need of updating, and we would have liked more bath towels and washcloths. Also a foot rest for the sofa would help make the living room more comfortable. The drapery rod in the living room fell down when we tried to open the drapes and the towel bars in two bathrooms fell off with the slightest touch.

Overall place is nice, room needs to be updated and cleaners need to do a better job when cleaning between guests.

Property needed maintenance. I would be embarrassed to rent a property in such disrepair. Door code didn’t work when we arrived. Resolved in timely manner. Property lists a community gas grill. There are no gas grills. If you decide to grill be sure to have charcoal.

I paid for early check in, 1pm. We arrived at 2pm and there was still a cleaning lady there. She would not let us in and said to give her at least an hour. We had to reload our luggage and 4 very tired children back up after already being on the road for 10 hours. When we arrived the second time i noticed several thing that were not cleaned. Not wanting to be made to leave the condo again with the kids i located the vacuum and sent my husband for lysol wipes. The floors and couch had broken saltine crackers all over it. The kitchen counters and table had sticky food still on it. The kitchen floor had a sticky spot of what looked like kool aid and when i took a wet rag to wipe it up it came back black. I then had my husband go get a mop and proceeded to not only vacuum but also mop the floors in the entire condo. They were disgusting. Probably hadnt been mopped in a very long time. When i called to inform them of the conditions we came into they offered to send someone to clean it, which was nice i guess. But, after seeing how it was "cleaned" before we got there i didnt have much faith and chose to finish cleaning it myself. We also did not want to get out again due to being on the road since 4am. We were reimbursed for the early check in but not for the inconvenience of the state of cleanliness. I was told that if i did not want someone to "clean" it again there was nothing else they would do. Overall we were sadly disappointed in what we got versus what we paid foor.

The security code that we were given for the week did not work when we first arrived shortly after 4:00PM on Saturday. We called the help number from outside the room and reported that the code was not working. The person on the phone gave us a new code, and we were able to get in. When we first arrived, we looked through all rooms and closets in the unit. We opened the closet in the primary bedroom and discovered approximately 10 pieces of clothing hanging and a pair of shoes. On Friday, the night before departure, we began packing to leave. We opened the closet in the primary bedroom, and discovered that the clothes we had seen at the beginning of the week had disappeared. No one in our family touched or moved the clothing from the primary closet. We believe that someone entered the unit when we were gone and removed the clothes from the closet. We understand that this is a rental unit, but we would have liked to have been made aware that someone entered the room. We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable after finding out that someone had entered our unit without permission. Overall we were fairly satisfied with this property. We would like to see a clean room with no stains or mold. We looked past the plumbing issues and the stained sheets, but we felt extremely violated once we had realized the clothes were missing. It is very uncomfortable and unacceptable to know that someone entered the unit we had rented without our knowledge or permission.

Door code didn’t work, property manager couldn’t fix the issue, used previous code. Then we found the condo to be less than equipped and clean. Food on cabinet doors, fan blades had thick dust, mold on master bathroom vent. Didn’t have top sheet for two beds, no extra blankets or sheets in the condo, only 1 dish towel. Exactly 8 towels but 6 wash cloths for 8 people. Washing machine didn’t work, had to call property manager for ticket, but they never showed up to fix it. Had to ask them to bring more towels since we didn’t have extra and couldn’t wash them. We were only given 4 wristbands vs 8. They had security preventing us from using the walk path to beach since we didn’t have bands. Was told they would bring some over immediately, however, 24 hours later still no bands. We had to call and text and really “fuss” about not being able to use the beach access. Finally received bands. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO!!

The location is great. Place was clean and looked as advertised. Everything was fine. I think not being able to drink while in or around the pool is a bit over the top. Also think it’s weird that they don’t connect to the next door bar/pier, which made the walk around the parking lot much longer and annoying while holding our kids. Overall, it was a good stay but they could probably make a few changes to their rules to make it more enjoyable for accessing the local pier bar.

When they say unblocked views, they mean it. The view of the gulf is incredible and we loved that. The condo had plenty of room and beds for our group of 7, and the pool and spa were so nice. The check-in process was easy and communication was excellent. It’s a quiet condominium and we appreciated the smaller size of the complex. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: new beds. The master bed is very firm, almost uncomfortable firm. Better television subscription. While the wifi was great the television kept going out which was a bummer for our kiddos when they wanted to watch cartoons. An ottoman or larger coffee table for the living room. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!
