Everything was perfect! Set up of the house is ideal for two families with the two master suites. Hot tub is right across the driveway, bus stop is at the end of driveway, and everything very clean and well stocked! We will be back!

I would highly recommend this property! Great location! There is a shuttle stop right at the end of the driveway! The garage is big - we were able to park our rented Grand Wagoneer in it so in the mornings we did not have to clean off snow. This was for a work conference but I would love to bring my whole family out for a vacation to this property, it is that amazing!

This property at Seasons just above Lakeside Village is exactly as advertised. It is a nice 4BR/4BA three level townhouse (garage is the first floor) nestled in the trees with a Silver route shuttle bus stop at the foot of the driveway. A hot tub, steam shower and outdoor gas grille are just across the lane. The owner was very responsive to questions and quite helpful. It is a great setup for gatherings of family and friends. Access to skiing, ice skating, hot tubbing, snow shoeing, etc. could not be better. If you care to limit driving, the Silver route connects to the (county) Summit Stage busses for free transit to A Basin, Dillon, Breck, Frisco and even Copper Mountain. Our only (minor) issue was that the windows and screens could use a good cleaning. Everything else was great!

I couldn’t say better things about this condo. We had 5 kids that had so much fun sharing the bunk bed room and having their own space. The adults all had their own room and bathroom/shower. The kitchen was very well equipped. Enough sitting space for us 10 of us. The shuttle to Mountain House was at the end of our driveway and 10 min shuttle drive to Mountain House. You can take the Blue route or green route to River run from the Mountain House stop as well. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room watching TV and playing a few board games that we found there too. I would come back any time with a group here.

This property is amazing and has all the amenities you could ask for. Owners are an absolute pleasure to work with. Can’t wait to go back!

The property was perfect for our large family to stay and enjoying skiing at Keystone slopes. The shuttle stop is right outside the front of the property which saved us walking with gear or driving to ski. Apres ski we could step across the road to the hot tub and soothe our sore muscles. The condo housed us all comfortably. Everything is great working order. Clean and comfy. Plenty of bathrooms for each level of the house and well stocked kitchen we cooked meals every night. Recommend and will definitely try to book again for next year!

This place is amazing! The hosts were so kind and easy to communicate with through the whole process. The locations is perfect for skiing (pro tip: take the bus home from the hill and finish at the Peru lift, it’s just too easy). We had plenty of room for all our gear, nice kitchen for eating in, and easy access to the hot tub for post ride and game recovery.

We enjoyed staying in this 4 bedroom 4 bath condo with our college age kids. Was nice that everyone had their own space and bathroom. The owners were great to work with. Easy access to Keystone. On shuttle bus route, silver line. Easy walk to Keystone adventure center and large ice rink on a lake. Would stay here again.

The place was great! Cozy but room enough to have personal space. Hosts were super at communication. Great deck and hot tub. And loved having a garage. House was clean. Would highly recommend! Amazing location to keystone.

Very comfortable for group of 6 adults; especially enjoyed the deck and easy access to walking trails.

Four spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. Roomy, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed another great stay and will come back next year again.

We have had a wonderful few days at this beautiful home! We had age ranges 2-80 and everyone was able to enjoy the space and so many activities within walking distance! My absolute favorite part was being able to fall asleep listening to the river! Would absolutely stay here again!

Vacation started off rough with flights cancelled but Grant/Karen were very helpful with getting us access early after an unexpected 16hour drive. Great location and property, enjoyed our stay in Keystone with close proximity to multiple little towns and family activities. We’ll be back, thanks!

This is a beautiful condo in Keystone that fit our large family very well. It is a great location that made taking day trips super easy. In under an hour each day we were in Breckenridge, Vail, Frisco, Leadville, and other towns and fun adventures! A couple of things I wish we would've known before travel (which more research on our part would've remedied) is that Keystone is one of the higher elevated towns in CO (which took days to adjust to) and the other is that the Snake River, right outside of the condo, doesn't have any fish because of mining issues over the years (though we learned they working to remedy and restore the ecosystem.) So we had to travel a bit to find some good fishing spots, but that ended up being a great adventure too! Grant and Karen are excellent hosts and communicators and were so kind and easy to connect with, even messaging us with good remedies to help us acclimate to the altitude. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!!
