Easy check in and out. Property has everything we needed for cooking and feeding all of us, and even had games and movies. The floors looked clean when we got there, but everyone’s feet were completely filthy after a short time of walking around. But, the view was awesome, and we really enjoyed the pool and ease/proximity to the beach. There were also plenty of towels for showers (no beach towels - as the de scope took says). Make sure to stop and grab toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit! Really made us feel at home and we didn’t have to stress about dirty clothes or fresh towels.

Nice view, short walk to the beach. Trouble with thermostat. Owner had an ecobee stat that management had trouble working because owner had it locked with access code. First night the a/c went off at 11:30pm and didn't come back on until the next morning. Took 24 hours to resolve the situation.

This condo was the perfect location, quick walk to the beach! It worked perfect for our family of 6 and has a beautiful view! Definitely a place to return to!

Loved the condo. Third bedroom was a little small but it served its purpose. The 9AM check out was a little early but we tried to pack everything the night before. Another hour would have helped.

The place was nice but there was only one roll of toilet paper, the toilet flooded twice even after having a plumber out for over an hour.

This was an excellent property, I would stay here again, next time I will make sure it is not listed for sale and no realtor caravans scheduled. We had two non-vaccinated and they forced us to let multiple sets of people go through the unit while under contract to us as a short-term rental, with only a 30 min notice before realtors were to start arriving.

Icemaker kept up with all 9 of us. Loved being able to rinse off the sand at the hoses by the pool. Hope we can return sometime soon.

I understand that the management company was busy but we had trouble communicating with them and we lost two days that we actually paid for. We also communicated, more than once with them, about a RAT that got in the hot tub while we were in there, it was a totally horrifying experience. I know that no one can control an animal but measure should be take so that it doesn't happen again. We received NO response from Southern Rentals. Also, there place should not be advertised fitting 9 adults. Where would they all sleep? Not realistic at all and there were not enough bath towels.

We loved being a short walk to the beach for play, seashells and a day of SUP rentals delivered to us! We relaxed and enjoyed being all together before leaving one of the kiddos at college for their first year. It was a great vacation just not long enough!!

Nice place, nice location, nice view, nice beach, nice weather - just the Gulf was not as hospitable (stinging sensation from water and some jelly fish). We also enjoyed exploring Fort Pickens and watching the Blue Angles practice overhead. We also enjoyed our visit to the National Naval Aviation Museum.

This condo was in a great location, looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We loved the balcony and had plenty of space for our party of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

It was great for us being so close to the beach. The condo was perfect and we still had plenty of room to put out a queen air mattress.

Very easy check-in, had all the items we needed for our stay, although there is only one towel for the kitchen. Plenty of cooking utensils, forks, plates, cups, etc. The washer and dryer was an added bonus, just bring your own detergent! Also needed spices for cooking like salt and pepper but didnt expect to have that provided. Also, there were no parking passes in the unit, but our cars were not booted or towed but there are signs posted around the property that state you need them and informed property manager that we didnt have any but they never brought them over. Overall, very good service, condo is as described in the listing, and we had an excellent stay. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The purple room for the kids had a playstation with 2 controllers but no games. The living area had movies, board games and DVD player. The patio was furnished with heavy chairs and table but no grill, which would have been great but not necessary since they had grilling area on property. Only 2 vehicles were allowed per unit and the gated entrance was easily accessible if you didnt forget the code! Thanks for a great stay! Would highly recommend this unit!

There for work, but amazing location and condo. One thing that kept it from being 5 star.....arrived back one night to a faulty electronic lock and waited almost 2 hours to for property manager. HUGE inconvenience when we’ve worked in sun all day. Had to work them hard to get $80 off stay. Otherwise, very nice.

The pics and the condo were the exact same...nothing misleading about the rental at all. There were eight of us, six being kids, there was plenty of room for everyone!! The only thing I would suggest is they get a new mattress for the sofa sleeper in the living room...other than that I have nothing but good things to say. Our overall experience was great! We would definitely stay here again!

The unit is nice, well decorated, with the beach right out front and beautiful pool, it's just not kept up well, as there are maintenance issues and scuffs on almost every wall. Here are some other issues: 1. There were multiple housekeeping issues when we arrived (1/2 dirty floors, vents covered with dust, stains or scuffs on almost every wall, old food left in fridge, debris left in washer). The beds and bathrooms were at least clean for the most part. 2. The door stopped locking - they were notified at 7pm about it and didnt show up until around 11am the next morning to change the batteries (after 4 phone calls that morning). 3. They give you "enough" toilet paper (1 roll each bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 garbage bag to get you started for your stay. You are expected to provide more for yourself. This was new to me. 4. They also do not provide coffee packets or laundry detergent packets, which we normally get at other condos, because they want you to focus on your vacation and enjoy yourself. Not run around to pick up items that you need that you didn't know you'd need. I spent the first 3 days of my 4 night vacation texting and calling Southern vacation rentals offices about the unit. It was like a few times a day we'd find something else that was wrong. They eventually came out to make things right, but 6-9 phone calls or texts to make it happen is ridiculous. For the inconveniences, they offered me a late checkout that was 1 hour later than the posted checkout time. Thanks, but no thanks. Like I said, if you don't mind being inconvenienced this is a nice unit to rent. The owner just needs to know either 1. The property management team is not taking care of their unit OR 2. The beach and pool views alone are not enough to make people happy on vacation. We expect to have things done for us and they should look into making changes. I won't rent a unit that shows Southern Vacation rentals as the property manager again.
