The third full bathroom with ceramic tile floors is located next to the two bedrooms. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two double bunk beds--twin on top of full size beds, TV, and DVD player. Walk out from the pool room to another deck '30 ft. by 10 ft. and hop in the HOT TUB with seating for 6-7 people or down to the waterside deck with picnic table and large bench at the dock. No mosquitoes as you relax around the yard. Catch crabs (May-October) with a net or crab pots (supplied) on the dock, or go swimming 'safe for children' as the gently sloping shore leads to deeper water along the sandy water’s edge. Kids can enjoy fishing off the dock where small fluke, trout, spot can be found (poles provided). If you want to catch large fish, there are several charter fishing boats to go out on.
