Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). **Not available for Jan/Feb longer-term rentals. NO COLLEGE GROUPS. Please note we are unable to rent to groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 12 adults. Yes, we really do have both Gulf beach access across the street (about 200 yds away) and a Pier on Little Lagoon to fish or dock your small boat or jet skis right behind the house! Southern Breeze is great place for a family get-together. We love for families to come enjoy our house. *Main Floor w/ King Master plus a Twin Daybed & Trundle and 2nd Queen Bedroom, 2 Full Baths, Living Room, Dining Area & Kitchen, Laundry w/ big Frontload Washer & Dryer. Opens to big Lagoon-Front Porch with Outdoor Dining Table, Swing, Chairs. *Upstairs 3 more bedrooms (a Queen, a Pair of Queens, a Double), a Full Bath & a Family Room w/ Queen Sleeper Sofa. There is also a Lagoon-Front Deck on this Level. *Large Shaded Area under the house with Chairs, a Picnic Table and a Weber Grill. You are welcome to borrow whatever chairs, beach carts, crab traps, etc you find in our storage room. *Shared Pier with Boat Slips, Neighborhood Boat Launch. Southern Breeze is ideal for two families to share or just to give the kids some space of their own with the Upstairs Family Room. We have WIFI, and TVs in the Living Room, both main floor bedrooms, and the Upstairs Family Room. Southern Breeze is located in West Beach at Lagoon Pass on a cul de sac across the street from Gulf Shores sugar-white beach and Directly On Little Lagoon. This house has a Pier Behind the House and a Neighborhood Boat Launch plus Deeded Beach Access and Beautiful Sunset Views--a great combination. Fish or Crab From The Back Yard or a block over along Lagoon Pass where the Gulf enters Little Lagoon, a 9-mile salt water lagoon that is home to good fishing and many herons and pelicans. This section of West Beach is only houses so the beach is not crowded but you are only 3 miles from Hwy 59. Gulf Shores offers sugar white beaches and a wide range of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There is a Major Outlet Mall 10 miles north in Foley. The house is just like the pictures. We just had a few of the same complaints from all of the members of our group. The beds need new mattresses you can tell they are old, and we all woke up with our backs and body hurting. The couches and rug in the main living room need to be cleaned. It would be nice to have more lighting on the dock. Other than that our group had a wonderful time.

This was our 3rd year to stay at Southern Breeze because we love the location. We noticed several updates and repairs this year including a new deck on the back and a nice new sliding door out to the deck. The house is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. I would recommend bringing extra trash bags because we always run out before the week is over.

Having house right off the lagoon and short walk to the gulf was perfect for our family of 12. The house was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed crab hunting, fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding right from the dock.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. We had 2 boys 6 and 7, two young adults 19 and 21, and 7 adults from 30 to 65, all family members. Everyone loved it. Someone was fishing at most anytime of day. The children put in crab traps and caught lots of interesting life from the lagoon. Kayaking and SUPing. Walk to the Gulf Beach about a block and a half.
The keypad didn’t work on arrival, and the management answered my call and the problem was fixed immediately.
The kitchen is so well furnished with utensils, cookware, appliances and dish ware. Drink fridge and separate ice machine a plus. Always had plenty of ice for coolers when going out for the day.
This home is beautifully decorated and feels homey. Plenty of towels and beds are comfy. Photos are very accurate.
AND, the most beautiful sunsets.
Everyone wants to return next year, but we can’t make reservations til everyone checks their work schedules.

We rented Summer Breeze for a family getaway over the Easter weekend. The house was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The hosts have taken their guests potential needs in mind and filled the house with books, games, extra blankets, cookware, dishes, etc. We didn’t have the greatest weather, so we spent a lot of time indoors. Everyone was quite satisfied with that. The sofas downstairs need to be cleaned and the drawer to the garbage needs a little attention, but other than that, the house is perfect! We all decided we want to rent this house again.

Staying at the house was wonderful! We were able to relax and unwind for the week with family! The walk to the beach was short but the quiet neighborhood and being able to fish all day every day was the highlight of our trip! Our kids loved fishing and swimming off the dock and enjoyed finding crabs!

The location is really great. This year we did have some loud spring breakers on the court but it is college break time. Family had a nice time even with not the best weather. Couches and chairs are at end of life. Getting very soft. Bummed the rent needed to jump up so much compared to our first stay in 2021 is really shocking but everything has gone up in price. We really hope to go back, it's a great place.

Only 400 steps to the Gulf of Mexico and right on Little Lagoon, this property lets you enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer. Everything you need, whether souvenirs or groceries, is an easy drive from the house. The permanent residents of Lagoon Pass HOA are very friendly as are everyone else that we met. It must be because everyone is so relaxed.
The only improvement that we would recommend is to clean up the waterfront in Little Lagoon. All of those rocks and geotechnical fabric that have been placed in the hopes of bringing back a natural habitiat are not very conducive to wading in, and smell quite bad at low tide. Those rocks can all be pulled back and piled against the seawall and the fabric removed.
Other than that small issue, we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation home.

We have a big family! We filled the house up but this home is designed so that we all could spread out. It never feels like we are on top of each other. We stayed last year and booked again for 2022 on our way back to Tennessee. The kitchen is very nice with what we needed and the ice maker was a huge plus . I made 48 cinnamon rolls this week! We caught a lot of fish from the pier. Bring a light if you plan on fishing after dark or before sunrise. There is no light. The deck needs some TLC. It is showing age and needs a few things taken care of. We had a hammer with us and had to hammer a lot of nails that had worked up. We had some of the kids step in them. The beds slept good and the furniture is comfortable. I spoke with Tracy the manager of the home on a couple of different things and everything was good. There was plenty of towels and bed linens for us. We used the washer and dryer a lot! The beach toys, chairs and wagon were very much appreciated. The walk to the beach is very easy! We tried to leave it as good as we found it (minus the bed sheets). We have to find another place for next year. Makes me sad, but we have outgrown this one.

Enjoyed shared and individual space with our grown kids and their families. We had grandparents aged early fifties, to grandchildren as young as 11 mos. old and everywhere in between. We all had a great time. Plenty to do to keep us all entertained.

The lagoon beach area behind the house had a very large circle of rocks that all our kids cut their feet on. Not sure of the purpose of those rocks there as the neighbors house did not have any. The house is very nice on the inside. We liked the layout of the open kitchen, dining, and living room area. The back deck was a haven during the sunset hour. The view was spectacular! We left the door open in the mornings to enjoy the cool breeze. We spent relaxing times on the pier, looking out at the bay and fishing. The beach was a short walk away and the weather was gorgeous. Only a couple of minor complaints about the lodgings - the street light came in the window of the front bedroom and kept us from sleeping well, the sheets are low quality and scratchy, and the lights hanging down over the kitchen island were caked in dust. Otherwise, the house was very clean and fresh. We already booked our next stay here!

House has everything a family needs. Great deck for lounging and the dock on lagoon is great for hanging out and fishing. Beach is a very short walk which is really convenient getting back and forth. Awesome place!!!

Property was great and nicer than what we expected. The furniture was comfortable, ice machine was appreciated, hot showers and good water pressure. Easy access to beach, and quiet location with view of sunset from back deck! Beach chairs provided were in great shape, looked new.
A couple things to report on the negative side:: After talking to two different employees prior to our arrival and asking about parking for our small motorhome at the property, neither of them ever called me back and we left it elsewhere. There were very sparce supplies in the house, compared to other places the people in our group have rented. No salt, very little pepper, only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (3), when there were 10 people! We did bring extra toilet paper just in case, but it still wasn't enough. NO COFFEE FILTERS! We felt they could have been provided! Enough dishwashing gel for only a few loads, no tissues at all, very few hangers in closets. It would have helpful to be aware of this beforehand. Town was very busy and we did not appreciate having to go to town for things we expected to be supplied, especially coffee filters for the morning after arrival!
A few items need attention: The large dining table has a leg that is not stable and could be dangerous. The small bedroom with double bed upstairs has a broken screen in the window and the window would not stay up anyway. A mirror would be appreciated more than the TV that is there. Hooks to hang towels would be appreciated, since towels need to be re-used; or more towels should be provided. The outside shower knob was rusty and came off and needs to be fixed. The small bathroom on the main floor has a blue stain on the right side that you might want to check out. We did not break any glasses, but replacing them with nice acrylic ones might be considered in the future.
The quick response on bringing a blender was appreciated; we later found one at the back of the lazy susan in a lower corner cabinet. There was however, a very slow response to several pleas for more dishwashing gel and toilet paper and trash bags, altho that was on Sunday when we realized there was not enough.
All in all, the group was happy with the accommodations! Since the cleaning lady was in the driveway at 9:45 am, I'm sure it didn't take her until 4 pm to finish cleaning the house. Maybe the next renters could have been texted to let them know they didn't have to wait until 4 pm to check in.

80th Birthday
Property was great and nicer than what we expected. The furniture was comfortable, ice machine was appreciated, hot showers and good water pressure. Easy access to beach, and quiet location with view of sunset from back deck! Beach chairs provided were in great shape, looked new.
