Every square inch of the downstairs has been completely renovated with new flooring, paint, fixtures, and furnishings. The small kitchenette offers a refrigerator, small sink, and cabinetry. Head upstairs to the main living quarters which features 2 Bedrooms, and1 Full Bathroom.The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, and a large, mounted HDTV. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms... the first with a queen bed & the second with a pair of twins. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV in case you would like to retire to your own space. The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen has a table for 4 and additional seating is offered at the adjacent bar. Both bedrooms offer private access to the beautifully decorated bathroom, and you will find a stack washer & dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the tropical breeze as you relax on the very spacious screened porch, which provides seating for enjoying that cup of coffee in the morning or that evening cocktail. Gulf Shores is a very family-friendly town. There are two local restaurants that have large outdoor sand play areas for children along with live music and more. Lulu's is on the Intracoastal Waterway, just 2 miles north of the beach. The Hangout is at the main public beach. There are two historic forts (Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines). You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax PER PET. Any damages caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted. *MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons.
