Tucked away to the south of the coastal town of Jacó, you've got quick, easy access to soft sands and gentle waves - they're just a quick walk away. On your way back, feel free to try any of the four shared pools, or just relax and take in the ocean views from the balcony. Cool colors and interesting decor like scattered potted plants give this home a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The living room's sofas are nice and soft, with a ceiling fan and air conditioning in every room to keep you nice and cool. Take in some fresh air on the balcony, or let yourself relax with some cable and DVDs on the flatscreen TV! Just nearby is the fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of space and stainless steel appliances. Whip up a fun recipe you looked up online, and enjoy the fruits of your labor at the breakfast bar seating for six at the kitchen island. Plenty of space and the units are in very good shape. Each unit has a large balcony overlooking the main pool with views to the ocean, and has a 2nd roof top balcony with unobstructed ocean views. Very quiet and well maintained condo property. Great area of the beach to surf or lounge with several beach front bars just steps away. The management company was professional and very responsive to requests.

The private pool was ideal after an active day and the pools jets even provided a light massage for my sore muscles. Taking in the sunset from the rooftop deck was the highlight... simply breath taking. Across the street at the beach there were plenty of beach activities to participate in and even the Aloha bar for a nice meal or refreshment. It was a 5 minute ($4) taxi ride into Jaco downtown. Close enough to enjoy but far enough away to for peace and quiet. I had a couple questions during my stay and Roger at Vacasa was very responsive and addressed everything to our satisfaction. I will happy return to this place.

The condo has broken tiles in the shower, no fire alarms in the bedrooms (been removed), key pad to door not working x 2, air conditioners leaked down walls, countertops cracked by sink in kitchen, sofas way past due for a change, lounge chairs on top balcony broken x 2, no Costa Rican rockers on balcony as pictured on vrbo. My husband and I have been staying at this development for over the past 10 years. What a disappointment this condo was.

I love the accommodations. I love the service I get when something is needing service. I love the people I know from years gone bye as well as meeting new people. The grounds are kept beautiful and the Costa Rica people are lovely and friendly. I’ll be back next year for sure!

Perfect location
We just loved the condo! The location, so close to the beach is just perfect! It’s on the south part of Jaco beach, the part without rocks, not like downtown Jaco! Nice beds in every rooms, and it is nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. I can’t wait to be back!!!

All of the staff was extremely helpful. This unit has one of the best views in the building. Centrally located, extremely cheap cab ride into town. I will be coming back!

Love this place
Nice place, very comfortable for a family of 6. Location is right on the beach with surfboard rentals right outside the front gate. Beautiful Pools and shrubs well groomed. Security present at the gates. Convenient location, close enough to the main drag in jaco yet far enough away that it is very peaceful. Parrots fly over the pool several times a day.

We loved our condo in Jaco. La Paloma Blanca is a beautiful condominium. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Great condo/location, customer service could be improved...
Overall we loved the location and the condo. It was spacious, well equipped, and well maintained (couple minor issues - shower drained very slow, beds ultra firm). Pool area was nice, beach was close and uncrowded. Communal grill was functional and very convenient.
My only issue was spotty communications leading up to our stay. An email of questions I sent via VRBO was responded to but not in any useful way - instead of answering my questions I was given a list of activities to do while in Jaco (?!?!). Fortunately, around the same time, I received a "check-in" email from Vacasa and somewhere in there it listed the name and email of the property manager (Adriana). I emailed her and she responded with useful responses (esp. about the parking situation there which the original check-in email had completely wrong - saying there was no parking, but in fact there is). I had also been emailed back that early check-in was not possible, but again Adriana told me it was very likely (as the unit was unbooked just before our arrival), and ended up being the case when we arrived. But overall it was a very positive experience, just lacking some in the 'front end' communications (which can be critical).

Clean complex
We loved the pool area at the condo, the staff was great as well. We had a few maintenance issues in our unit that required a few call backs and we had to be around for that. All in all it was a great place to stay, and we would not hesitate to go back there for another stay!

Superb location with spectacular view!
Our third floor condo included a rooftop balcony with sunset views over the Pacific. In the morning we watched wannabe surfers plus walkers and horseback riders on the beach. Bars and restaurants were within walking distance, but we were happy we rented a car to get into town. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed, but could have been a little cleaner.
The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. The 3 flights up the stairs provided us some needed exercise, but may no work for all.
