About this house rental
Come and visit our newly and completely renovated 1940 in town home. You will enjoy the light and open feel of this home. It is a 2 bedroom /1 bath, 1300 square foot home with new central air and heat, wireless internet, smart televisions with cable, natural stone gas fireplace, bright and cheerful sunroom, and beautiful granite countertops on custom built cabinets. Some of the home's original features were kept and enhanced such as the front door, archways, windows and hardwood floors which gives the home a nice mix of old and new. There is a large yard with privacy fence, outdoor gas grill, garage for bike storage, front deck with seating and new landscaping. The home location is perfect, situated between Downtown and Brevard College in a quiet side-walk lined desirable neighborhood. It is an easy walk to restaurants, downtown micro brewery, shops, Franklin Park and Pool, Silvermont, Farmer's Market and the library. It is only driving minutes away from the Brevard Music Center and the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest.
Brevard is a quaint yet vibrant little town set in the middle of "The Land of Waterfalls" with beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, natural water slides and gorgeous waterfalls. It hosts several festivals, outdoor music concerts and biking events. Brevard is 25 minutes from the Asheville Airport and 40 minutes from the Biltmore House and Downtown Asheville.

This was my husband and my 3rd stay in Brevard at this VRBO property. The bathroom and kitchen have been modernized, the home is charming, and the proximity to town to restaurants and window shopping is withing walking distance. We hope to return!

We really enjoyed our stay - the backyard was perfect for our dog, house had everything we needed, the neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to town. We would stay here again!

This is a really great house!! It was very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is super close to downtown with all of the restaurants and shops within walking distance. The yard is securely fenced and nice sized, w/firepit. The owners were nice and easy to work with, and quick to respond. One thing to keep in mind is that being so close to town puts you on a busy corner. And there are many loud cars that pass through at all hours.
