Our family really enjoyed our New Years stay at Inlet Beach Reunion House 57. The weather was colder than usual so we were inside most of the time, but there was plenty of room inside and activities to keep all ages entertained. The property managers were prompt and extremely responsive to the couple of small needs we had while we were there. The beach is a very short walk away with easy access. The bikes were a huge hit! I found the kitchen easy to cook in, well stocked with appliances & cookware, and serving options. We had mixed reviews on the beds, some were better than others, and we learned quickly not to do laundry at night because the pipes bang the walls-which was not a big deal at all just a heads-up. Can't think of another thing that wasn't just right. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time celebrating my parents 60th Anniversary. The layout of this property was fantastic and the proximity to the beach was great. We will definitely consider staying at this property again.

A few things did not work but I called and notified you about them and told you that we didn’t need to get them fixed while we were there. (Stove, ice in refrigerator, and broken door handle). Otherwise everything was great.

House location was good, only a few blocks to the beach entrance. It was very roomy and perfect for a large family. We had a few issues, mainly with the stove and oven! Since we had 7 young grandchildren we needed to eat in most of the time. The oven needs to be replaced! Period! Also the house could use more silverware and towels. It does have two nice washer and driers but we were washing bath towels daily along with our own beach towels. The only other issue was the back door alarm. It was a wonderful addition especially with small children and the pool but it started beeping nonstop and we had trouble getting anyone to assist with it.

This house is well done - the kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms are all a nice size with comfortable mattresses and bedding, living and dining furniture is great, the outdoor area is great and much larger area and pool than most rentals! This home is absolutely beautiful and fits the description for the most part. Plenty of beach and kitchen accessories. Ants are a problem in the backyard/pool area. The property manager was responsive to our requests after a few follow-up emails. To be clear, the ‘spa’ or ‘hot tub’ is NOT heated unless you pay for the entire pool to be heated. This was not clearly defined in the description or communication received prior to check in. Be sure to bring coolers to store plenty of ice. There are two refrigerators however, one ice machine does not work and the other one barely produces ice. The oven also beeps constantly once it is on and to the temperature needed. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the wagon provided helps a lot!

Overall we had a great vacation. Weather was good and house was big enough for all of us. However, renting chairs and getting them set up each day was difficult. The house was not very clean. Lots of dust on molding and air vents. Showers we not well cleaned and drains did in tubs/showers did not drain well.

With 22 guests (9 Moms and 13 teenage daughters), this was the perfect house for a few days. The teenagers slept on the third floor in the bunk rooms and den area. The house is just a couple of blocks from the beach and close enough to walk or bike to Rosemary/Seacrest. Since it was April and still a little cool, we heated the pool which was just perfect for the kids. This house has plenty of space both indoor and outdoor to entertain and spread out. The management company was polite and responsive when we called. The house was clean and well stocked. We definitely will be back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Oven never worked. Still no refund. Spent 1500 on groceries that we could not cook and then were charged cleaning fees for leaving it in the fridge/freezer hoping someone would use some of it. Property managers/owners were aware oven didn’t work but had not fixed

Our large three generation family of 19 found the house exceeds our expectations. The extra refrigerator and washer/dryer were invaluable. The layout of the house was ideal for each generation to have their own space. The pool, pingpong table and corn hole game were all hits. Short distance to beach.

We just stayed at this house with 19 people (5 different families including 10 adults and 9 kids). This house was perfect for us. Each adult couple had their own king sized bed with adjoining bathroom. The option of the bunks in with the king bed was a nice option to have when we wanted our kids to get a little more sleep than sleeping in the big bunk room with all of the kids. Decor was updated and simplistic, beds were comfortable. If you slept on 3rd floor it was so quiet and you couldn't hear anything on the first floor. Walk to beach wasn't too bad. Location of house was very close to restaurants and shops, grocery store, etc. The pool was nice...maybe a little bit small if all of your group plans to get in the pool at the same time. Overall, the house worked really well for us. The two sets of washer/dryer and dishwashers was so nice too!

Rented bikes (none included with rental) and 5 minute ride to Rosemary center. One and one half blocks to beach. Found email best way to communicate with Exclusive 30A. Communication with them not always timely. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of bed options for our 17. Master tub downstairs drains very slowly. Stove/oven had minor issues; one burner hard to light. Oven temp overly sensitive and often would continually beep sensing error. A number of blinds throughout the house needed replacing. In spite of these inconveniences/annoyances the house met our needs and we felt the price was acceptable. We did have the pool/spa heated and the kids enjoyed it. Cost was a little more than I expected for pool heating. Finally, cleaning personnel were friendly and easy to work with on departure. We enjoyed our stay.

I rented this home for a work retreat. It was such an embarrassment. The home was filthy. Clearly it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Blinds and ceiling fans were so dusty that dust was flying all over the moment you turned on the fan. We had to request pest control on day 1 of arrival because German Roaches were found in the kitchen, dishwasher and bathrooms. I also asked for a housekeeper to clean the unit and was told they were sending over housekeeping but nobody showed up. The beds looked as though they had been the same sheets and bedspread for months. The grill was dirty with burnt meat left on the grill. Ants were everywhere near the pool area and patio. The guest services rep was extremely responsive when items were brought to her attention on the first 2 days. The linen on the furniture was dirty and the chair linen in the dinning room was dirty with red punch stains. The property manager gave me 3 excuses why the home was in the condition it was in all while saying those are no excuses. The property manager asked that I contact her with any issues to her directly. She did respond to my phone message about the grill and not having the cleaning brush bristles on it to clean the grill. We ended up buying a new one to use. She asked me to email her the issues we had but she never responded to that email. The customers who stayed before us should have received their $875 cleaning fee reimbursed. We ended up leaving early. My team was over it and grossed out. The property manager asked me what I wanted her to do, I asked her for a housekeeper to clean and the cleaning fee. This has been an annual trip for us that has now soured our opinions about this for the coming years. Of all the years we have been coming here, never have we ever experienced anything like this.

We were 18 people, 10 adults (grandparents, plus 4 couples of parents) and 8 children from ages 4 to 17.
The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dinnerware and sufficient cookware.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was good that all bedrooms basically had a bathroom. The only very minor issue was that there were no hooks to hang towels or robes, bathing suits, etc.
Pool area also was very nice, having shaded areas and sunny areas for the tan seekers.
After going to the panhandle area for 20+ years with the family, this was one of the best vacation homes we stayed in

The home was the perfect space for our Thanksgiving reunion. All of the kids had their own space on the top level and the adults had plenty of room on the lower two levels. The pool was the perfect size to entertain the kids. It was a short walk up the street to the beach (1 block) and a 5 minute walk to town (shops and restaurants). I was in desperate need to rent houses in the area after Hurricane Michael came blowing through. I looked for 2 days and came across this house and it was perfect. There is so much room and the large kitchen with almost 2 of everything was amazing! We rented it for 2 weeks but needed to extend and they were more than willing to help. The house is in a great location close to food and entertainment options. We didn’t get to use the pool and hot tub much since we were working 2 hour days. But it’s big and beautiful with temp control! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large family gathering because it’s perfect and only steps away from the beach. We can not thank you enough for allowing us to use this beautiful home for the month!!!

Having the pool was great, because the ocean had a red tide for a few days. We absolutely will look this house up if we come back to PCB. We rented Reunion House for the week in Inlet Beach. We arrived to the nicest cleaning crew finishing up our vacation home. It was a beautiful home . Unfortunately , after arriving there were many maintenance issues which we called three times about and these were not fixed and nthe rental company did not communicate with us at any point about them. We had a hot tub that never worked, a tv that didn’t change channels, a broken dishwasher, and multiple light bulbs out including both above the cooktop. In addition when we rented this home no one even mentioned that there was construction directly in front of this home, obstructing the gulf view that it was advertised as having. Overall the response of the team at Exclusive 30A was frustrating and disappointing.
