About this house rental
All the comforts of home within this charming three bedroom home. Each room boasts a queen size bed (two bedrooms on the main floor, one bedroom in the finished basement). There is one full bathroom on the main floor with a bathtub and one 3/4 bathroom in the finished basement with a shower. The kitchen was completely remodeled in 2013 with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, counters, etc. It is stocked with all necessities to make cooking a breeze. There is a fully fenced backyard with grill and table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous Colorado mornings and evenings. Plenty of parking (two spots next to the house off an alley and plenty in front of the house on Smith Street). Baby equipment on hand if requested as well (pack n play, high chair, toys, etc). We rented the Smith house for our nieces graduation from CSU and became our Christmas destination this year . Family from Indiana, Michigan and Germany made the trip. The home was better than we thought due to some upgrades. We didn't receive check in email but owner quickly responded. The instructions to leave were not left in the house so a little uncertain about that.

The property was perfect for our family visiting for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and the bathroom set-up worked well. It's location was ideal to the various activities we pursued. We would love to stay there again. The host was very helpful.

House is in a great location if you like to bike and walk. Downtown is only 1.5 miles away and there are bike lanes everywhere. Hardly used the car. Biked to bars, restaurants, stores, etc.
Horsetooth lake is great and only 20 minutes from the house.

This was an excellent home for us to use during the holidays. We had a baby and a dog, along with 6 adults, and the floor plan worked perfectly! The back yard was even bigger than it looked in pictures and the home's location was close to everything we could have needed. I really cannot think of a thing that could be improved!

We visited Fort Collins for Homecoming weekend at CSU The house was located close to Old Town and not too far from campus too. The house was clean comfortable and roomy enough for our family.

This is a fantastic cottage equipped with all you need to make for a perfect stay. The host is readily available for questions or to coordinate with regarding logistics, etc. It is located in an ideal location near CSU. We truly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow.

We stayed here for parents weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for since we wanted a place to spread out. Located a bit farther than I expected from campus. Definitely not walking distance. Night time it was very quiet, but daytime/morning very loud with school bells , kids on playground, and horn blowing from trains. The house itself is very clean and comfortable beds. There’s plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect and Quiet Location
The Smith House is perfectly located to enjoy Old Town Fort Collins. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very walkable. The property offers comfortable amenities with a pleasant front porch and a private backyard that works well for dogs.

We had a group of 5 for a bachelorette weekend away and this house was perfect! Very close to Old Town, but far enough away to still be very quiet. We spent a lot of time on the front & back patio. This house was adorable and well equipped, we would definitely stay here again 😁

Nice location
Thee back yard was nice the house was not real suitable for 6 seniors and the dog in the adjacent back yard was noisy and scary and it tried to jump over and hung on the fence and no eat in kitchen the location is wonderful and the restaurants had good food but hard to park if not walking the mountains were wonderful

Clean and comfy stay
This cozy home was just what we needed while visiting the Ft Collins/Loveland area while our daughter played in the Colorado Sparker. We had 5 people with plenty of space for sleeping and the all the comforts of home. Don't hesitate to stay here.

Wonderful House
Our stay at Smith House was great! The property had plenty of room for my whole family. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked so it was easy to cook. The basement had lots of room for the kids to watch TV and play. The house was clean and we loved the old town location close to everyhthing we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous Stay in Ft. Collins!
Our first visit to Fort Collins to visit our son was just fabulous! This quaint bungalow in historic sold town was very comfortable and quiet. We loved walking our pup down the wide tree lined streets and enjoyed the pet friendly atmosphere. Spent time in Denver for a Cubs/Rockies game, hiked Horsetooth Reservoir, and dined at several unique eateries.... so close to everything! Loved every minute. We will be back!

Perfect location
We loved our stay in this charming home with such a great location. The backyard was really nice and beds were comfortable. We had some cooking issues in the oven but decided it must be the altitude. Things just take longer to cook so plan on that when planning your dinner. Some things we did were hiking at horsetooth, local water park, fort fun, petting zoo and the street car downtown and we always love old town!

Everything you will need
Cute 3 bed 2 bath bungalow. Hosts provided a well stocked kitchen and the beds are great. Fluffy towels and plenty of them. If you want to be in the middle of everything you can get to old town and the university within minutes. Loved it.

Great place to stay
The house was a great place for us to stay. Cheryl was very accommodating to us and our boys. She provided us with a pack n' play and a high chair and some toys for our two little boys. There was a great park just down the street. Its close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, breweries. It has a great fenced in back yard. The beds were very comfortable! Cheryl was very quick to get back to us about any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely stay here again!
