The suite we stayed in was very good. A great size loved the outside bath, very comfortable room. Was only a short walk to the beach and had excellent views.
Breakfast had a good variety but expected a bit more from a 5* hotel. Staff were very friendly, but a slight lack of management and decision making, when we had a small issue in the restaurant it took several hours for a solution.

The hotel itself is nice. Hardware is ok. Location is good
The staff is useless. They learn how to say no but not how to say yes... It ruined the entire stay.
Second time in this hotel. Fist time I did not have any requests so I did not talk to the staff. Was ok..
As long as you do not interact with them your stay can be nice.
But a hotel is hardware and software... The result is : will not come back
$$$$
