The way it is designed is beautiful. Very green. Lovely pools and private pools and gardens. Wonderful staff. Great trips to go on

The customer service was the best part of our stay. We arrived at 11:00 AM from an early flight, and they were incredibly accommodating. They let us use the playroom while we waited and managed to get our room ready for an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which was a lifesaver for our two napping toddlers.
The resort itself is beautiful. The design of the lobby, gardens, and rooms looks like Santorini and feels very peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge.
Our room was spacious, very clean, and the air conditioning was powerful and cold—a huge plus during the hot summer.
The room was well-equipped with thoughtful extras like a TV that can play YouTube/Netflix (For the kids), slippers, daily chocolates, an umbrella, and even a beach bag for us to use.

Location is good
The check-in location was hard to find. It would be better to include a clearer note in the email.
