Good communication, easy check in. The location was good and also convenient when I had to catch a train in the morning. Very comfortable bed and wonderfully warm apartment. Good value for money.

It's a personal preference, but the lower ground floor location and direct door to the outside were not ideal. Generally very well equipped but an espresso machine would have been nice.

It's on the 2nd floor with no lift but it's ok for us as we had few luggage

The stay was PERFECT. in every single way- everything was properly thought of and couldn’t be happier. All utilities available and working perfectly. Location was amazing too

The entrance seems a bit dodgy at first, but I was WOWED the moment I got into the apartment. So worth it.

Location of the building close to centrum in walking distance 10mins. Beautiful apartment after renovation, good TV, comfortable bed, air condition, clear check in instructions.

- The apartment was located in the basement of the old building and because of that there was a terrible smell of mould. It was impossible to breath inside with such heavy smell and moisture air. If we would have know this we wouldn’t have booked it - this cause health issues. This costed me wife strong asthma symptoms. The host hasn’t responded to our concerns at all. - the parking on the street is very expensive per day 13.50€. We were lucky that we were during the weekend so Sunday was free of charge. - in the early morning there started some renovation in front of our door and the renovation guys removed our outside seats and table so it wasn’t possible to seat in the terrace anymore. The were very loud and just behind our semi-transparent door so it was uncomfortable for us and impacted on our privacy. - bedroom window (basement windows) was next to the busy street (traffic) so whole night you could hear cars driving.

Great location, very close to the city center, about 10 minutes walking. There are parking spots on the street, with hourly fee. The accomodation was very clean, small, but with everything you need. There is self checkin, we communicate very good with the host.

The building was under construction (august 2023), it was kind of a mess there and very dusty. As we stayed in the weekend, there wasn't noise. But no one to blame, the host warned us when we reserved the apartment. It didn't bothered us so much as we stayed only one night and of course, it is not permanent. Even better, it is great to see the building rehabilitated in Zagreb.

We were upgraded due to construction work, this was great! Good AC, large TV, nice shower, large couch. Overall hotel room vibe. Apartment just a few steps up. Communication with host was good.

The big mirror was oddly placed.

The apartment is in a central position, with possibility to park in the streets close to the location. It is very clean and cozy, we had a pleasant stay. Is not big but is very clean with all the facilities for a short stay.
