Our town home is located on the no-driving portion of the lovely, sugary sand beach in New Smyrna, AND, that means we're only about an hour away from all of the Orlando theme parks and attractions! You may want to combine a Disney and beach vacation as our past guests often do. You can recover from a long day spent walking and touring at Disney with a great day of no lines, no crowds at our place!

We provide so many things with our unit that you can have full use of during your stay! Beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler to take to the pool or the beach, sand castle building toys, pool noodles and much more! Fun for all ages! The Space Coast is only a one hour drive away also, and for many families, that's a wonderful day trip of learning and experiencing space in a "hands on" environment.
There are many wonderful restaurants in our area to sample fresh seafood of all kinds, great steaks, bar-b-q, Mexican cuisine and just about anything else your heart desires. Burgers at Breakers on Flagler, or a Shrimp Caesar salad at Chase's gets you a table or barstool in a restaurant overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Other places as well offer riverfront and/or oceanfront dining. GREAT experience at any time!

I often tell guests they simply need to bring their clothing, food, flip flops and a bathing suit to be BEACH READY here! We welcome YOU! Our direct oceanfront complex is a lovely, small, family style vacation option for you! Our townhouse style unit has a nice ocean view from the master bedroom and is located in our ocean view building. The layout of the complex places this unit at the end of the building for a very private and quiet option whether for seniors who like privacy, or for families with little ones needing a quiet nap option!
We have very easy access to and from our open parking area to the townhouse, whether unloading your suitcases, groceries or beach toys!
GREAT place for a getaway of friends, seniors, families, singles, or anyone who appreciates an easy access, beach location! No driving on our beach ever, and the grassy courtyard right off our patio works great for kids to hang out with a soccer ball, blow bubbles in the ocean air, or play a game of TAG!
Wheelchair access (slim model) only works in our downstairs area, but with the queen size sleeper sofa, guests in a wheelchair or using a walker can be accommodated with our first floor level for sleeping and a bathroom, along with the kitchen and dining space, with access to our patio and right onto the pool deck from there.
We do our BEST to not only "meet" your expectations, but to "EXCEED THEM!" I will be delighted to work well with you on setting up for a wonderful vacation.
