About this villa rental
A luxurious 117 square meter villa 3 bedroom first floor apartment in Perissa, just 900 meters from the famous black sand beach of Santorini. This beautiful & newly finished villa has wifi throughout, a fully equipped kitchen & spacious living area. The large balcony wraps around the back of the apartment & overlooks the beach with an outdoor dining area and private Jacuzzi. Breakfast is included with the rental and car rentals, tours and local recommendations can all be arranged upon request.This 117 square meter luxury villa is recently finished and includes all of the little touches to make it perfect. Decorated in a modern style while keeping the Cycladic style with neutral colour palettes and pops of blue throughout.
Each bedroom in this villa offers it's own en-suite and air condition unit to ensure each guest is as comfortable as possible. Three of the 5 bedrooms have large double beds, while the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds that can also be combined to create 1 large double bed as well.
Toiletries, slippers, towels and linens are all provided and the villa is cleaned every three days through out your stay. A baby cot, high chair or any other needs for small children are available.
The villa offers wifi through out as well as satelite TVs, a fireplace and beautiful gardens filled with local plants and trees.

Lindsay was vert helpful and accommodating. Property was flawless and clean. We had a 9 seater van, so we found the access into the property always a challenge at the entrance gate as it was a bit tight turn. Apart from that, size, cleanliness, communication, local amenities were no problem. Would definitely recommend to others...

Place was clean, beautiful and spacious. The breakfast and laundry services were also nice touches. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responsive. Place was a bit far from the main attractions so definetly glad we had a car rental. Only recommendation I have is for the directions to be updated on the website to add better land marks, distance between land marks, and perhaps a detailed map with the route highlighted.
