We used this property for our adult children for our extended family December Birthdays and Christmas celebration. They all commented on the comfort of the beds, the view and the spaciousness of the rental. The host was always available to answer any questions and was so personable. We would definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Great place right on the lake, perfectly placed for people who enjoy a low key pool, easy access to the marina and having a bar/restaurant a short walk away. The place is as advertised and my family enjoyed our stay. Took a point off of cleanliness just because there was oil left in the bottom of the stove and when I went to to preheat the oven the first time, it caught on fire (if I wasn't right there it could have been pretty bad there was alot of grease left) and other then a few stray dog hair tumble weeds it was pretty immaculate. I replaced a pack of cards my son decided to ruin, sorry about that. Thanks for letting us use your place for the week!

Wonderful week at SML! Everything you could ask for is nearby and convenient - pools, beach, marina, pickleball, fitness center, restaurant all on the property. Condo had great views and was very comfortable and perfect for 6 adults.

The condo was clean, well-stocked, has great aesthetics, and is well suited for adults with children. The resort offers many family-oriented activities, such as boating, swimming, tennis, Raquetball, pickle ball, pools, and beaches. Loved the deer in the evenings throughout the resort. It's great to have the Bridgewater Marina right on the property.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Condo. Smith Mountain Lake and Bernard’s Landing is a great place to vacation. The condo was nice. The one down side is the condo did not have a gas grill on the back pot. Otherwise, we had a terrific time.

We had a girls cousin weekend. There were 5 of us and the condo worked great. Nice view from the deck. Was decorated nicely so it was easy to relax. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I accidentally left a few things and the owner was quick to get these items shipped to us. This could possibly be an annual stay for us!

My family and myself had a fantastic time here. It was clean, well decorated, plenty of room, and the amenities for complex are great! We went to the indoor pool every day and I love the gym. I certainly recommend this place at beautiful Smith Mountain Lake!

We enjoyed this condo for a long weekend. It has a cove and mountain view. It has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 or more comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The kids enjoyed an indoor heated pool and the tennis courts. The property grounds are well kept up and beautiful to walk around. The owners were prompt and very easy to communicate with and, also, very friendly!

Great spacious condo with beautiful views of the mountains and cove at SML. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the lit pool at night. Small, but fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and 3 full bathrooms with laundry. Easily accommodated my family of 6- all 17 yo and older. Easy and prompt communication with owner. Located in a beautiful lakefront community with amenities the whole family enjoyed when we weren’t out on the lake. Amenities included 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools, hot tub and sauna, racquetball court (we used to play basketball and walleyball), tennis/pickle ball courts, horseshoe pits, picnic tables and charcoal grills, fitness room, on-site marinas for rentals, restaurant and gift shop. Can also take walks or bike rides through private community streets. Easy access to docks for personal boats/water crafts (warning: no elevators- lots of stairs- we got our steps in!) Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is fine for a small group or family. There were four of us. We were completely comfortable. Nice view of the lake. The unit was ready ahead of schedule even though there was another party checking out the day we came in. It was clean, all the proper amenities were there. There are two flights of steps to negotiate getting in, and the third bedroom is up a steep set of stairs. Would we go back? Probably; the unit was fine for us.

Love being so close to the clubhouse and Napoli as well as being able to dock our rental boat close to the room. And of course love being near the outdoor smaller pool while still walking distance to the larger.
