This fun, eclectic unit has a beautifully remodeled, fully furnished kitchen and a renovated guest bathroom. Plenty of seating and room to spread out a board game for family night. You'll enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and El Matador's gulf-front pool. El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Nice complex and condo, as pictured. Just a few steps to the beautiful beach. There’s also two pools if the surf is too tumultuous. Easy parking, quiet complex with security. Washer & dryer are not in condo but on the same floor in a laundry room. Can buy quarters at security office so not a big deal. Beach chairs/umbrella can be rented right on beach. If you want to be right on the beach, this is it! Would stay here again and definitely would recommend!

We loved the location and the condo. The proximity to the beach and the view were wonderful. The only negative is that there is no washer and dryer.

My family and I stayed here for a week, and enjoyed our oceanfront views. The condo is a quick walk to the pool and to the beach. The condo space was perfect for four adults and two kids. We look forward to coming back again soon!
