You must be 30 years or older to rent this home and we do not allow parties including bachelor and bachelorette parties. This home is perfect for family and friends who want to spend quality time together at the Lake Bay View Cottage is on MM#8, down HH past the turn off to H Toads and Shady Gators. This home has the best location on the water! Bay View Cottage is nestled in a wake free cove off of one of the best fishing coves (Workmen Hollow) on Lake Ozark because all the weighed catch and release fish get dumped back into our cove! It's also a great cove for any water sports. This lake house is less than 5 minutes from some of the Lakes best golf courses, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and less than 15 minutes from the outlet malls in normal traffic. This home sleeps 12 people Bedroom #1 Upstairs--> 2 Queen Beds with full bathroom Bedroom #2 Upstairs --> 2 Queens Beds with full bathroom accessed from hallway Master Bedroom Main Lever --> 1 Queen Bed private full bathroom Bedroom #4 Lower Level (You have to go outside to get to this bedroom) --> 1 Queen Bed, full bathroom, kitchenette , and refrigerator One Guest Boat Slip available 10 x 20 full bumper edge and hooks No trailer parking in the neighborhood is allowed. The property is as shown and pictured in Vrbo. The living space, outside deck, dock and access are great. This house matched most of our needs for a superb return to the Ozarks. We have visited the Ozarks for ~20 years when our 3 boys were younger. The house allowed us to have a single meeting space for 4 separate families. The only issues we experienced were the fan in the main living space never worked and the 4th bedroom (the lower level "in-law" suite) had bathroom issues and was extremely noisy.

Just had a fabulous weekend at Bayview Cottage. 3 couples had plenty of room and the bonus basement similar to an apartment was available too! The house was well stocked as advertised. We LOVED the porch, amazing views and plenty of room for our group to hangout. The house is in a great cove for swimming, fishing and boating. Being able to watch the sunsets was a bonus as well. Would be happy to rent this again with family and friends.

Beautiful home and location! Very clean! The large decks were perfect for our family. Beautiful sunsets every night and our granddaughters loved seeing the ducks every morning that came into the dock area.
Highly recommend this home and will be coming back!!! Definitely a 5 ⭐️

We spent the week here with our family and it was perfect! The home is beautiful! The cove was quiet for swimming with the kids. Perfect area for tubing and great dock for our boat!
We made s’mores with the fire pit and the big deck was perfect for our family meals and just hanging out!
It was the perfect place for a perfect vacation! It really felt like home away from home!

Wonderful experience for my first VRBO! Katie was so pleasant to work with from the start!!! The house is perfect - we had 11 people and all slept comfortably. The dock area is perfect for relaxing and floating - they provided a lily pad which was so much fun. It was close (10-15 min) from bars and restaurants. We took an uber once to Baxter's - highly recommended by Katie and others - it was $20.00 each way. The kitchen and grill area is very well equipped for cooking. We spent hours on the deck playing cards and games - So much fun and we made lots of great memories.!!! Would definitely recommend!

Great property all around. Love the location on the lake with entertainment options with and without the lake. Off of the main, yet expansive view of the cove and main channel. Calm cove for the family to chill on the dock and lake w/o the rough waters. PWC or boat all day in the cove to ski and do your water sports. House was in great shape, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Back deck a great place for the group to gather for stories and meals. This property should be at the top of the list in value, and will be at the top of our list for future years.

Relaxing week with family
Our family really enjoyed the large back porch from where we watched the lake and the kids fishing and swimming around the dock.
The whole experience was positive overall. I’d say you really can’t park more than two cars. We were able to squeeze our third car on the side of the road, but not quite ideal.
Great place to go with family. Property manager always responded quickly to questions.

We had a wonderful experience! The lake house was beautiful amd very clean, just as listed. Our whole family loved it and had a great time! We are already working on next year's trip back!! The host was was great too; we will be looking to return to the same property again hopefully next year!!

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space the house has. There are lots of spider webs and bugs but that’s to be expected at the Lake. The owners are great and answered all my questions prior to arrival. I would stay here again.

The top floor has large tables and furniture, a mounted flat screen tv and overlooks the lake. The best part is it was covered so we could hang out there when it rained. The dock is also very large and had plenty of seating. The house is in a little cove so the water is very calm for swimming and fishing. The owner, Katie, was also very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Eight of us stayed here for a girls golf trip. We golfed all day and floated all evening in the lake. The kitchen was very well equipped for the meals we had planned and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

This is absolutely one of the best finds, ever, for my adult children, grandchildren and myself to enjoy some uninterrupted time together. The location, layout of home, spaciousness and well equipped kitchen was perfect for us and everyone agreed that this is where they want to spend future holidays at the lake!

Family getaway
In the Top two Nicest places I have stayed in the 25+ yrs coming down to the lake. Clean, convenient locations and enough room to spread out. May sound funny but the nicest thing....they had shampoo and conditioner in showers, enough toilet paper and paper towels, had condemns in the fridge and things like tin foil. We packed all that stuff because no places have any or enough. Just a nice touch. Only negative was the dryer Didn’t dry good at all. But not a huge issue and I am sure they will fix it. Thanks for a great trip !!

Fantastic fun getaway home for our family!
We truly enjoyed staying at this home. Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed cooking many meals on the outside griddle and grill. The location was perfect for water fun. There were lots of steep steps so my parents had some difficulty getting around and were not able to get down to the dock, however they loved sitting on the beautiful deck and enjoyed the huge umbrella. We enjoyed our privacy in this cove and found ourselves around friendly people. Great experience and we loved the house!
