In the Rockies, the temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every night, therefore an AC is not necessary. - This unit is on the second floor.- No smoking allowed. - No pets allowed. - Must be 25 years or older to book. What You'll Love: - Spacious, nicely decorated 1 bedroom equipped with a murphy bed and sofa sleeper providing extra sleeping space for up to 4 extra people. - Access to the Expedition pool and hot tub. - Private balcony overlooking the slopes and western mountain range.

We enjoyed our stay at Expedition Station 8594. The apartment was just perfect for us. Cozy and clean with a good layout for two people. The building is conveniently situated and only a few minutes walk to the base of the mountain.

This was our families first trip to CO skiing! This was a GREAT location close to lifts and shops. It really was just a short walk from the lifts and rental pick up/drop off. Love how cozy it was and well appointed. Especially in the kitchen so we could cook meals! Great heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Appreciated ski lockers on the main floor. This was my first time also renting through VRBO. Great experience that has given me confidence to do it again!

Very nice stay. Kitchen and living area were well stocked, location was great. We did find some hair in the bed but staff promptly provided new bedding. Communication with resort staff was fantastic. They responded to us right away and made sure we were taken care of. We would definitely recommend the resort to others!

My wife and I took our first "empty nest" trip to Colorado and picked this condo based on past reviews, the fact that it had a deck and it was an area that we had stayed at in the past. We have been to Colorado many times but only in the summer. We are NOT skiers. We love hiking in the mountains.
Overall, we really liked this condo. The owners had it well stocked and clean. It was well decorated and comfortable. We were able to walk to the restaurants that were nearby in the little ski town area. Dillion is a short drive where you can pick up groceries or find other things to do. The check in was a piece of cake. The only drawback was the pool was closed for the majority of our stay...which was not the owners fault. (We didnt find out we could use another pool owned by the same company until later in our trip).
I should also point out that maintenance was great. We had an issue with a chirping smoke detector and an issue with the crank on a window and maintenance was there within an hour to fix. (Well they didnt fix the window but they tried). Great service.
The only negative was the deck didnt have a great view. Trees directly in front of the deck so you couldnt really see anything looking that way. But off the side of the deck you could see the street and have a view of the mountains. It was still nice.
Overall...I'd go back again and recommend it.

Wonderful 10 day stay. This corner unit is well appointed and conveniently located steps from shops and restaurants. Outdoor pool area and hot tub is wonderful. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention but did nor distract from our stay. We emailed these maintenance items to Sky Run.

We loved this place! Kitchen had all the basics and amenities to make it easy to cook etc. Bed was super comfy. Location was great. Corner unit was nice since you have a nice cross breeze if it does get a little warm. We were super pleased over all. Could not think of one down side. This was our third time staying at Keystone and this place was our favorite. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

This property was a great place to stay and a convenient location. There was only one item that impacted our stay. The baseboard heating in the unit was not functioning. There were space heaters available and we used two plus the gas fireplace to keep the unit comfortable. I would have expected to notified in advance of checking in about the heating issue. Glad we had a work around because overall the unit was great.

We were not able to stay at the property as we were caught up in the Southwest Airlines debacle. When I called the property manager, Nick, he had no sympathy and were frankly rude and wouldn’t even try to help. I would not consider this property for future stays. He said he would try to re-rent only after I asked him about it. I don’t think he tried to even did it because I continued to get notes about check out and to rate my stay. I asked him to talk to the property owner and the answer was “no”.
The lady who answered the phone when I called back in was very nice. She said lots of people were in my same situation of losing their money and missing their vacation due to airline issues. . She said to check with the airlines to see if they had some reimbursement.

Awesome condo
Best condo ever! So convenient to the snowboard rental shop and walking distance to the slopes! We also enjoyed the access to the steam room and hot tub! Will definitely go back!

Clean and great location
Short walk to gondola in river run. Property was clean. Has a nice view of the mountains. It can sleep 6 but it's a small space and would be tight with that many people especially for adults. Perfect for a couple with small kids.

Wonderful location
Wonderful condo! What you see is what you get....which is amazing! We were very impressed. Great views, very comfortable. The only complaint is that the main bathroom tub is clogged and water backs up very quickly. Also, the bed linens were dirty, but we think this was just an oversight as everything else was super, super clean! (And Im a clean freak.)

Beautiful property and neighborhood, but frustrating experience with the pool
This property was exactly as described online. It worked perfectly for me, my fiancé, and our three children. They were very excited to experience a heated pool and hot tub, but turns out it was pool cleaning week and nobody mentioned this to us. Even the multiple times we called to verify the pool would indeed be open. We ended up finding another very nice resort who let us pay to swim in their pool and use their hot tubs. Overall, the condo was nice, but our experience was kind of just meh.

Fantastic Location
Myself, husband and our 9 year old son recently stayed at this condo for a long weekend of skiing/boarding. The location is fantastic, only a 5 minute walk from the lifts. This condo is managed by an outside management company and I find with these you will not get in much before your check in time and that was true here. One really nice thing is the management company let us pick up a temporary parking pass on arrival, so we could park in the garage before check in. However, the negative is you have to go back to the management company location to get the key at check in (4PM), which is not walkable from the condo. Overall the condo was very clean. And the views from every window are fantastic. It was a good size for our small family of 3 and we enjoyed the quiet location at the end of the hall. The building only has 1 hot tub which was full morning, afternoon and evening, every time we walked by which was a bummer and the pool was closed. Condo was missing some things like a spatula for flipping eggs and a big knife for cutting bread. Loved the guest book. Super cute. Had draining issues in the bathroom that we let management know about, but it didn't affect us much as we were only there for 2 nights. I would absolutely recommend this condo to a couple or small family. Quiet, beautiful views, great location.

Good family of four stay.
This property was perfect for our 5 night stay. We were a family of four including our two college age children and we were very comfortable with the well appointed accommodations. The unit was clean and very functional for our ski trip. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bedding like adding pillows and additional pillow cases (we were short a couple pillow cases.). Overall comfortable stay.

Great location, updated property
The location and access to the River Run amenities was great. Lots for our young kids to do. This room was very updated. Did not have carpet in main living space which helped feel cleaner than if it had carpet. We would gladly return to this same space.

This is a beautiful corner unit on the second floor - very well furnished and and recently updated. The living/dining area is open due to Murphy bed . Very comfortable unit. Will book again.

Everything was great....Except the house keepers arrived at 9:58AM to clean the place. We were rushed and forgot Mavic y work notebook and a good book I was reading in the nightstand. When I called the house keeper didn't save my belongings. I would have a system in place to store things in a plastic bag and write the unit #, name and date of stay on the bag......

Right in the middle of the action
We loved this condo! We arrived after hours due to poor weather conditions, the check in process was still easy. The property was clean, and located right in the center of all of the action. The kids loved swimming and going in the hot tub during a blizzard. They also loved the ice skating right across the street. We will be back! Thanks for sharing this with our family!

Perfect cozy condo
Very cozy, clean and well stocked. Easy walk to center of Keystone and lifts. (Use the Keystone red wagons if you have kids and ski gear...very helpful) Our only disappointing experience was that the hot tub was out of service for the three days we stayed, despite a call to the manager. My son enjoyed playing pool in the common area however.
