This place is spectacular. One condo in a small group of about 24, curved around a cove. We saw multiple large turtles on shore every day and the snorkeling was great. The grounds are very well maintained and everyone there (including many “regulars” who come yearly) was helpful and friendly. We went in early June, so there were quite a few families with young children. They were mostly respectful, but be aware if you go during the summer you are not likely to have an adults-only, super quiet experience (of course, the same goes for hotels). The condo itself is beautifully furnished with a well-stocked kitchen, toiletries, beach items, and snorkel gear. It does not have central air, and the upstairs bedroom was sticky during the day but comfortable with fans at night. The main floor bedrooms had portable AC units that helped a lot. There is a grocery store a couple of minutes’ drive away, and two beaches very close by (although you either have to walk a little bit or pay to park). Our host was very communicative and helpful and answered any question I had. We were very happy to stay here, and I could have sat on our lanai or down by the pool all day every day and just looked at the view.

great room and location. Victor very helpful. No need for AC at night and the special feature was to be able to just walk out the room and into the cove at any time of the day in calm waters to swim or snorkel. And a very well equipped kitchen.
