We had a great 5-day stay at Anumat Premium Budget Hotel during our Chiang Mai trip. It was a perfect choice for our stay, especially considering the price and location.
The hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay while exploring Chiang Mai. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and visit different places in the city.
If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a good location and a comfortable stay, this is definitely a great option.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Premium Budget is a good name for this hotel. The comfort of the beds and quality of the linens were good for a place at this price point as were the available facilities and little perks like included hot drinks/water. The staff were all super friendly and made our stay extra pleasant. The hotel is well-located in this charming corner of the old town with plenty to see and do only a short walk away
Some rooms - ours included look onto a blank wall of an adjacent building making it dark and somewhat oppressive, However the staff were great and when a cancellation occurred, allowed us to move to an alternative room for our last few days which was very much appreciated. Not sure why ... as there wasn't a power failure in the area but the fancy adjacent hotel had its standby generator running constantly one night which was very loud and disruptive.

Great location, within walking distance of almost everything in the Old Town, and very easy to recognize and use as a reference point when getting around. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was quite weak and unstable, at least in the room I stayed in. Other than that, highly recommended!

Great location and I’d say perfect for the backpacker.
For the price you can’t really complain…especially with the free snacks (toast/ biscuits) available all day.
Noisy with other guests but we was right by the stairs
