Staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very specious and clean. We enjoyed the bed, couch and complimentary water bottles, tea and coffee.The hotel is located in one of the busiest streets for night life so being there on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, the noise is crazy so to say but once you close the window, the noise disappears so we didn't have much of a problem sleeping. When we arrived the room smelled strongly like sewage and it stayed like that for 2 days, then all of a sudden the smell disappeared so in the end it was all fine and we forgot about the smell. There might have been a problem but they fixed it or the problem wasn't with the hotel but was on the street since we smelled it everywhere around. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the center of the city. Everything is close by, so many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and stores around. If you don't like party people, music and people drinking, then maybe you should not stay here. It didn't bother us at all. Very nice place, we would for sure return.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and clean building. Central location close to numerous restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. Pretty much easy and quick access to everything you might need.
The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned/washed better. There were quite a few stains and dirt on it. Same with the chair next to the desk, very dirty. The bathroom sink didn't work properly, meaning it had gotten full and the water didn't drain, or if it did it took at least 15 min to clear. So, we weren't able to even brush our teeth properly. Disappointing really...

The room was in a clean condition besides paint on the wall peeling in some areas, a decent sized bin which seems to be rare in hotels/apartments nowadays and a selection of teas to drink.
The internet in the hotel was the worst i've experienced on my travels, I've had better connectivity in rural china. The location, while central was also on the busiest night life street in Katowice. If you stay on the weekends your night will be disturbed all night long from music and people shouting. The walls inside aren't very soundproof either and it sounded like upstairs had an elephant living amongst them.
