The apartment is spacious, it provides enough space even for a bigger family. It is well equipped and very clean.
There is a double garage right across the street.
The downtown can be reached by the tram, it is three stops away or by a 20 minute walk.
The host, Tatjana is very kind and helpful. We have never experienced such a warm welcome and such a generous welcome package including a full fridge and any possible items a guest might need but forgot to bring.
This is a unique accommodation, it is highly recommended.

Tatjana was waiting for us outside the building. She showed us the car parking and then took us to the apartment. Showed all the rooms, kitchen, explained how to use the gas stove etc. It had everything one needs during stay. The Kitchen was full with food items, lots of beverages. It was beyond our expectations. Rooms were spacious and asthetically decorated. Lots of towels and toiletories in the toilets. Tram stop is just opposite the building.
The building does not have elevator, so we had to carry our baggages through the stairs. Tatjana explained to us at the beginning that as the building is old, so does not have any provision for elevator.

Tatjana was a great host and the appartment unexpectedly stocked up with everything necessary. Location was good for exploring the city and there are many nice bars around. The fridge was packed with food and we even had 4 new toothbrushes in the bathroom.
She was also great at dealing with unexpected circumstances. There was a some sort of major power outage at the garage but she and her husband came quickly and sorted everything out.
