This might be the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in. From the communication with Jill, to the check-in process, cleanliness of the property, and the location. Everything exceeded our expectations. Additionally the property was well-stocked which is great when arriving from out of town. We can't recommend a stay here enough and are already planning a return visit.

We were celebrating our anniversary and found this amazing home that was in the perfect spot in between Park city and canyons. Less than a six minute drive in a very nice neighborhood. The house was perfect and Jill the owner was very nice and welcoming. Stayed 6nights and had plenty of wood for the fire! All the kitchen cookware, spices, etc you needed. Definitely will stay here again next time we visit!

My husband and I stayed here for our ski trip. We were a short drive to Park City and many amazing fine dining resturants in the area.
During our stay we were lucky and saw a moose in the yard! When I used the hot tub early in the morning sometimes there were deer chilling in the yard and they'd walk through the yard or watch me from a short distance which was neat.
The owner of the home, Jill was extremely responsive to any questions and took care of some issues we had with the heater. Fantastic home and host!

Host was very communicative and house was clean upon arrival. Fully stocked kitchen and amenities more so than many rentals. Beautiful Aspen trees surrounding the property and hot tub. Would stay again. ~10mm drive to Deer Valley parking. Many thanks.

We came to park city to ski. This house is located in a nice, charming residential neighborhood. It's just a short drive to PC. My wife doesn't ski, but dropped my daughter and I off every morning and then picked us up in the afternoon. The house had a lovely fireplace, hot tub, and a garage. I'd definitely stay at this house again. Not being right on the slopes didn't both us. The property manager was very nice and responsive via text message. She even had some cupcakes waiting for us which my daughter loved!

Great place and my 80+ year old mom who uses a walker was able to (with help) get in/out of the house via the 2 steps and then everything else is on one floor, no "bumps" and a very user-friendly shower and guest bed. Great place!

This comfortable, spacious, and homey spot is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes walking distance from trails, yet a short hop into town and to resort areas. Our host, Jill, was lovely--timely and responsive to every question. The house is furnished with many thoughtful extras and really feels like a home (not an investor-owned condo). The hot tub was well-maintained and a delightful extra. We hope to come back for a future visit!

THE MOST PEACEFUL RENTAL AND IN THR BEST NEIGHBORHOOD

Perfect Park City Getaway
Beautiful, cozy home with ideal location to Park City Mountain. The home had everything you need for a relaxing stay, with all kitchen necessities, fire wood, wine glasses, etc. 7 minutes from Park City Mtn Free Parking Lot with an easy walk to First Time lift. Owners were awesome with excellent communication. Will stay here again.

Winter Wonderland
We had a wonderful stay in Jill’s Park City house. Just perfect for the two of us…… nice location for accessing all ski areas and other area attractions.
Hot tub and wood burning fireplace (lotsa nice dry wood was stacked and readily available at no additional charge) we’re highlights of this cozy place.
Great neighborhood for walking/running with little traffic.
Jill was available and helpful with any minor issues. She obviously cares a lot for her house and her customers .
We would highly recommend this property to others looking for a nice relaxing mountain getaway!

We had many dips in the hot tub while snow was falling, used the bbq and snuggled by the fire watching movies. Heading out to the slopes or into downtown also super easy. Awesome Japanese Inspired Retreat
This place was amazing. My fiance and I spent about 5 weeks here this winter and it was awesome. The hot tub was always warm, plenty of wood for nightly fires, and a relaxing space to work and enjoy Park City. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Best place in Park City
I rent a place in PC every winter to work/ski and this was the best place I've stayed so far. Hot tub and fireplace. Perfect location for skiing and quiet neighborhood for work. The house is fully stocked for a long stay and can easily accommodate two couples and possibly more. Lots of windows and light in the house. Perfect for a long term stay.

Even had lots of tp and laundry detergent, which we have found does not seem to be the norm. We very much enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and the never-ending supply of wood. The neighborhood is beautiful and is part of a golf course community. We walked throughout the area several times enjoying the quiet, peaceful, views of the mountains all around. And it truly is only 5 minutes to the Park City Resort. When it snowed, someone would come along and take care of the driveway and sidewalk, which really added to the pampered feeling. Jill was very responsive when we had a question. She even offered us a full refund due to a minor concern we had about the internet speed (Top speed achieved was 5 Mbps...barely enough to stream in HD, but this is out of her control and is due to ISP limit). We really believe Jill cares about those staying in her house and wants them to have the best experience possible!

What a wonderful home this is. Great central location to everything in Park City area. The home is exquisitely clean and well appointed. Check-in/out process was super easy and convenient. Loved sitting in the Adirondack chairs on front porch and enjoying the gas fire pit in the backyard. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home amongst the aspens
What a lovely stay! This home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub soothing, The outdoor fire pit illuminating, the yoga room was filled with zen, and the fountain provided endless peace and joy as birds came to drink and bathe in it all day long. The location is perfectly Central in Park City. When we had questions about how to operate things the homeowner was readily available and helped us solve every issue. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We have stayed in Park City on multiple occasions in the early summer, mid summer, and this trip for 2 weeks in early September. Jill's house is our favorite! We definitely hope to stay here again.The house is immaculate . The kitchen was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The living room is very comfortable and the wood burning fireplace makes the room. Didn't expect to be using it in the first part of September but we had snow and it was a little cold ( especially for us from southern California) so it was so nice. The bedrooms are very nice, bathrooms are beautifully done ,and we loved the heated floor in the master bathroom. Both of us used the very "Zen" yoga studio for stretch and zoom Pilates classes. It was perfect. The front porch is lovely and we enjoyed the swinging chair. We also enjoyed having breakfast on the patio in the back yard in a very tranquil setting. Park Meadows is the ideal location. It is only a short ( less than 10 minutes) walk to the Park City Marc (gym) which we always go to during our stays. The neighborhood is great for walking and close enough that we could walk to a couple of restaurants that have outdoor dining.Jill is a terrific host. She had some treats for us and a bottle of Prosecco on arrival ( much appreciated) . We did have one minor issue and Jill responded immediately and had the issue taken care of in a very short period of time. One can't say enough about how much she cares about your stay at the property and in maintaining her house to such a high standard. Basically, a great place to spend your holiday.
